Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Because they tightly thread to M12 connections, these connectors won’t let contaminants in or come loose from vibration in rugged industrial environments and automated systems as they send power and signal or just power to your equipment. Their poles and keyways adhere to standard coding layouts, reducing the chance you’ll mismatch connectors.
A- and C-coded connectors send both power and signal, while K-, L-, S-, and T-coded connectors only send power. Choose A-coded connectors for AC and DC sensors, actuators, motors, light curtains, and other devices. They’re often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and within Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems. Connectors with a snap-on wire connection pierce the wire’s insulation, so you don’t need to strip it.IP67 and IP68 rated connectors can withstand brief submersion. Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Note: Sockets and female receptacles may have extra holes on their face that are not used.

Shielded Micro M12 Screw-Together Connectors
Block signal interference from nearby devices, such as motors and transmitters, while maintaining a strong, stable connection for M12 threads. The shielding on these connectors maintains signal integrity and minimizes signal loss between equipment. The threaded housing creates a secure connection that withstands the shaking and vibrating of industrial automation.
A-coded, these connectors are often used to connect equipment to IO Link controllers and devices within Profibus, DeviceNet, and other fieldbus systems. They work with both AC and DC devices such as sensors, motors, and light curtains. Poles and keyways on their face adhere to standard coding layouts to reduce the chance you’ll mismatch connections.
Snap-on connectors pierce your wire’s insulation, so you don’t need to strip it.
All meet IP ratings when either mated or capped. IP65 rated connectors seal out dust and water from low-pressure washdowns. IP67 rated connectors are protected from dust and temporary submersion.
Add caps to protect connectors and maintain their IP ratings when not in use.
Note: They may have extra holes on the face that are not used.

Sanitary Nano M8 Connectors
Send signal and power to low-current devices with M8 connections in food processing and other sanitary applications. These connectors are designed to be easy to keep clean. A smooth housing and hex nut limit the places food and other contaminants could get stuck. The nut is 316 stainless steel, so it stands up to most cleaners and won’t rust. All are rated IP65, IP68, and IP69K when mated, so they protect against the high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns common to sanitary environments. They’ll also seal out dust and water from temporary submersion. Also known as pico connectors, M8 connectors are often used with 8 mm and smaller proximity switches and photoelectric switches.
UL and C-UL listed as well as CE marked, these connectors meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

Compact Build-Your-Own Latching Connectors
Build a connector that fits in tight spaces by combining male and female inserts and then pairing them with any base and hood of the same material. Use them to protect connections while maintaining access. The base and hood latch together securely, yet can be quickly detached for equipment repair or replacement. Once assembled, they’re rated NEMA 4X for protection against washdowns and NEMA 12 to resist oil/coolant dripping.
Insert sets include one male plug and one female socket.
