High-Accuracy Low-Pressure Gauges

Measure small pressure changes in ventilation systems, hydraulic applications, and other critical processes with these high-accuracy gauges. Mount them with the dial face upright.
Gauges with 304 stainless steel case or polyester plastic case have better corrosion resistance than gauges with steel case.
Gauges with safety case blow out in the back under excess pressure, protecting the operator in front.

- Connection Material: 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy
- Temperature Range: -40° to 180° F
These transmitters automatically compensate for error introduced by vibration as well as temperature fluctuations, so you do not need to program corrections for these factors into your receiving device. Use the keypad on these transmitters to set the pressure range, choose the unit of measure, and zero the reading. These transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. They will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
All transmitters are rated IP66 and NEMA 4X for use in washdown and corrosive environments and have a Hastelloy diaphragm to resist harsh chemicals.
These transmitters typically connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. They can also be configured using three or four wires.

These transmitters automatically compensate for error in both pressure and vacuum measurements caused by vibrations and temperature fluctuations, so you don’t need to separately program corrections into your receiving device. Use the keypad to set the pressure or vacuum range, choose the unit of measure, and zero the transmitter. These transmitters convert pressure and vacuum to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor speed controls, to control equipment or monitor pressure. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure or vacuum range.
Rated NEMA 4X and IP66, they protect against dirt, dust, rust, harsh weather, and washdowns, and their Hastelloy connection resists corrosive chemicals.
These transmitters commonly connect using two wires to send a 4-20mA current output. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices. Three- and four-wire configurations are also possible.

Differential Pressure Transmitters with Dial Indicator for Liquids

- For Use With: Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, Hydraulic Fluid, Water
- Accuracy: ±2%
- Pipe Connection: NPT Female
- Housing Material: Brass
- Connection Material: Brass
- Temperature Range: -20° to 200° F
View readings at the source with the dial indicator or remotely using a receiver—these transmitters measure the difference in pressure between two inputs in liquid applications. The dial indicator operates independently of the transmitter and shows differential pressure in real time for troubleshooting. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. You’ll sometimes see them used to indicate a filter is clogged in a pump or cooling system. Rated NEMA 4X, these transmitters protect against dirt, washdown, and corrosion. They are also rated IP65 for protection from dust and rinsing. All are CSA certified, so they meet Canadian safety standards.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

At least twice as accurate as standard transmitters, these transmitters sense differential pressure at an accuracy of ±0.25%. Use them in laboratories or testing applications where the difference in pressure between two points needs to be measured with high accuracy. These transmitters are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain pressure in pumps, HVAC, cooling, and other air and liquid systems. They convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. All transmitters are rated NEMA 4 for protection in washdown environments.

Miniature Precision Compressed Air Regulators
Fit these regulators in tight spaces to adjust and maintain air pressure in sensitive applications where constant, consistent pressure is important. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install in your air line after filters.
Panel-mount regulators have inlet ports on the bottom to easily connect air lines after mounting to your control panel.
