Style 5—Style 5 latches have long magnets, so they’re best for overlay doors where the door does not sit flush with the frame.

Style 6—Style 6 latches have two-piece strike plates and a long magnet. You can use them on double doors that meet in the center as well as on overlay doors where the door does not sit flush with the frame.

Style 7—Style 7 latches have the highest maximum pull strength to secure your large doors.
