Steel Pallets for Racks without Decking

Compared to plastic pallets, steel pallets offer the highest load capacities. You can store them directly on the beams of a pallet rack. Unlike nestable pallets, they can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access.

Aluminum Pallets

Lightweight yet sturdy, these aluminum pallets are only half the weight of steel alternatives. They’re welded together to create a durable platform that will outlast cardboard, wood, and plastic. Since aluminum is not flammable, you don't have to worry about these pallets posing a fire hazard. They also resist corrosion, so you can use them outside.
Also known as rackable pallets, they don’t require decking underneath, so you can put them directly on the beams of your pallet rack. Unlike nestable pallets, these pallets can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access. You can ship them anywhere in the world, since they’re exempt from ISPM 15 regulations.
Pallets with a vented surface are a good choice for refrigeration and washdown applications—the gaps allow cool air to flow through and water to drain out.
Pallets with a solid surface work well for transporting irregularly shaped goods, since they distribute weight evenly. They give full surface support, preventing narrow or small items from slipping through the cracks.
40" × 48" pallets are the most common size in the United States.

Pallet Collars

Turn your pallet into a custom crate—no tools required. These collars stack on top of your pallet to create walls. Like building blocks, you can add more for additional height. Corner brackets secure the collars to each other and the pallet. When you're done, simply lift the collars off and fold flat for storage.
They’re compatible with pallets made of any material, so long as they have straight edges with no lip. Use them to ship goods anywhere in the world—all are heat-treated to ISPM 15 standards and stamped with approval.
Add a cover to fully enclose your pallet load. You’ll need to strap these covers to your pallet to keep them secure.
