    Alkaline Earth Silicate

    Ceramic Fiber with Foil

    Jacket

Withstands the highest temperatures of all our pipe insulation. Made of ceramic fiber, this insulation won't melt, sag, or degrade in extreme heat. It's often used in ovens, furnaces, steel mills, and other demanding environments.
Alkaline Earth Silicate Ceramic Fiber with Foil Jacket—Withstands temperatures up to 2100° F. A foil jacket protects against dirt, dust, moisture, and minor scuffs. Its surface also reflects heat to keep temperature loss from pipes to a minimum.

    Foil Jacket

Cut custom shapes to fit pipe that runs hundreds of degrees hotter than rubber and polyethylene foam insulation can handle. They're often used near hot water supply and steam lines.
Foil Jacket—Form a barrier that repels moisture and protects against dirt, dust, and minor scuffs. The surface also reflects heat to reduce heat gain on cold lines and heat loss on hot ones.

    High-Visibility Raised-Bulb Surface Guards

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Surface Guards. High-Visibility Raised-Bulb Surface Guards, Rubber.

    Rubber

Bright colors make these guards easy to spot in busy areas. Their raised-bulb profile deflects impact better than flat guards. Use them to protect walls and other surfaces from chips and scrapes in areas such as warehouses, loading docks, and parking garages.
Hardness Rating—The harder the surface guard, the better it resists impact and abrasion to protect the surface. The softer the surface guard, the more cushioning it provides to protect both the surface and the object that comes into contact with it.

    High-Visibility Rubber Corner Guards

Image of Product. Style 2. Bottom orientation. Contains Annotated. Corner Guards. High-Visibility Rubber Corner Guards, Style 2—90° Angle.

    Style 2

Draw attention to corners and protect them with guards that balance strength and cushioning. Made of flexible rubber, they cushion against heavy impacts in busy areas such as parking garages and loading docks. They’re softer than hard plastic, so they absorb more impact to reduce damage to both the corner and the object that hits it. These guards don’t cushion as much as foam, but hold up better under repeated contact and outdoor elements where foam may break down.
Plain Back—Install with screws, nails, or construction adhesive.
Black/Reflective Yellow—Make obstacles stand out in dark or dimly lit areas. Any shining light catches the reflective strips and alerts people to hazards before they get too close.
Extra Flexible—Bend around tight curves and contours.
Hardness Rating—The harder the guard, the better it stands up to impact and abrasion over time. The softer the guard, the more cushioning it has to protect the corner and the object that bumps it.

    Style 3—Round, 90° Angle

Highlight the edges of equipment and obstructions with our softest high-visibility guards. Made of polyurethane foam, they pad corners to protect the people and objects from bumps that can cause injuries or damage. They also resist abrasion.
Adhesive Back—Peel and stick to any clean, smooth surface.
Screw In—Screw-in guards mount with fasteners. They’re more durable than adhesive-back guards.
Extra Flexible—Bend around tight curves and contours.
Hardness Rating—The harder the guard, the better it stands up to impact and abrasion over time. The softer the guard, the more cushioning it has to protect the corner and the object that bumps it.
