N95 respirators filter out 95% of solid particles. They’re not oil resistant. To achieve the filter rating, you'll need a respirator that creates a tight seal with your face to prevent contaminants from entering through the sides. Choose the respirator that matches the style you have been fitted for. Respirators with a mesh shell hold their shape in heat and humidity.
