    Ring Terminal Assortments

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Ring Terminal Assortments.
Install, extend, or rewire a circuit without hunting down new terminals. These assortments include ring terminals for most small and medium wire gauges and screws. Labels in the lid include our part numbers, so it's easy to replenish your assortment.
Ring terminals encircle the whole the screw shank, so they stay put better than spade and hook terminals when vibrated or pulled. Attach wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.
Vinyl Plastic Insulation—Our basic insulation, vinyl prevents the wire from short circuiting and won’t break down from dirt, grime, and occasional twists and tugs.
Nylon Insulation—In addition to preventing short circuits, this wear-resistant insulation protects wire from vibration and rubbing against nearby edges.
Noninsulated—The basic, economical option when short circuits from nearby wiring aren't a concern.

    Heat-Shrink-Insulation Terminal and Splice Kits

For use where water and contaminants are a concern, the terminals and splices in these kits have insulation that shrinks and creates a tight seal when heated. Use a crimping tool (included with some kits) to install wire.

Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink-Insulation Terminal and Splice Kits

Keep on hand a variety of different sized terminals and splices with the most secure, sealed connection we offer. Heat the outside and the enclosed solder melts to secure your wire. The insulation also shrinks when heated, keeping out water and contaminants.
Ring, quick-disconnect, and spade terminals have insulation covering the barrel to prevent short circuiting with nearby wire. Butt splices have a fully insulated connection tab, so no metal is exposed when they’re mated.

Set Screw Lug Assortments for Transformers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Set Screw Lug Assortments for Transformers.
These assortments include the set screw lugs, nuts, and bolts needed for single-phase and three-phase dry-type transformers (transformers that dissipate heat without using liquid).
Set screw lugs are easier to install than compression lugs, and they can be reused because you don't crush the barrel to attach the wire. They don't hold the wire as securely as compression lugs, however—use them when pulling and bending aren't a concern and you need to easily break your connection for maintenance or adjustments.
