Lever-Style Rivet Nut Tools
Use two hands to maximize leverage when installing smooth body rivet nuts. These tools include a mandrel and nosepiece for 1/4"-20 size nuts (additional sizes sold separately). A mandrel and nosepiece are required for installation. To use, thread the nut onto the mandrel, insert the nut into a drilled hole, and squeeze the handles to secure the nut.
They are also compatible with rivet-type studs.
Tools with knob have a spin-to-reverse knob to quickly unthread the mandrel from the installed nut.
Tools with plunger have a quick-acting, pull-to-remove plunger that unthreads the mandrel from the installed nut.

Lever-Style Rivet Nut Tools with Visual Stroke Indicator
An indicator allows you to ensure your rivet nut installs correctly. Thread the rivet nut onto the mandrel, insert the nut into a drilled hole, and squeeze the handles to secure the nut. Mandrel and nosepiece sets are required and sold separately.
Tools with knob install rivet-type studs and smooth and ribbed body rivet nuts. They have a spin-to-reverse knob to quickly unthread the mandrel from the installed nut.

Hydraulic/Air-Powered Rivet Nut Tools
Install nearly any size or style of rivet nut in five seconds or less. Ideal for high-volume work, these tools run for as long as they have a supply of compressed air. They have two primary modes: pull-to-stroke and pull-to-force. With the pull-to-stroke mode, you set the stroke depth based on the thickness of your material. This works best when installing a large number of rivet nuts into the same thickness of material. It's also ideal for working with fragile materials. With the pull-to-force mode, you set the pull force regardless of material thickness. Use this mode when installing rivet nuts in a variety of material thicknesses.
Style A tools are faster than Style B tools, securing rivet nuts in 1.5 seconds. To use, thread the nut onto the included mandrel and press the trigger to spin the nut onto the tool. Place the nut into the material and press the trigger to install it. Press the trigger one more time to spin the mandrel off.
Style B tools are almost twice as powerful as Style A tools, thanks to a pull force of 7,190 lbs. They’re able to install the largest rivet nut sizes we offer and work on tough materials, such as titanium. These tools only require you to press the trigger once per nut. Thread the nut onto the included mandrel, then insert the rivet nut into the material. When you pull and hold the trigger, the tool installs the nut and then automatically reverses out.
