About Installing Solid Rivets

Brass Domed Head Solid Rivets
More durable than copper, brass rivets are electrically conductive, corrosion resistant, and nonmagnetic.
Installation of solid rivets requires access to both sides of the material as well as a hammer or a solid rivet tool. To achieve the most consistent results and a professional appearance, we recommend using a riveting air hammer with a rivet setter that matches the rivet's head style, and a bucking bar.

Brass Split Rivets
Brass rivets are electrically conductive and have good corrosion resistance. They require access to both sides of the material. To install, use the rounded end of a ball peen hammer to bend the legs outward to hold your material.
