Swivel End Mounting Brackets	Support Mounting Brackets	Swivel Support Mounting Brackets

Clamp Connector—Brackets with a clamp connector can hold a robot end-of-arm-clamp (sold separately), which lets the carrier move with the robot arm without obstructing it.

Mount for Cable Holders—Brackets with a cable holder mount let you relieve strain on cable and hose by adding cable holders (sold separately), which give more support than cable ties, so they're good for large diameter or heavy lines.

Swivel—Brackets that swivel rotate and rock to soften twisting and bending motions. This reduces how much the cable and hose move, extending their life.

End Mounting Bracket—End mounting brackets reduce the strain on cable and hose as it's pulled, so connections remain secure. Some have teeth that let you secure each line of cable or hose with cable ties.

Support Mounting Bracket—Support mounting brackets are spaced along an installation to keep carriers off machinery.

Designed for specific robot models, these kits have all of the parts required to create a cable and hose carrier. Use them to organize and protect cable and hose without obstructing your robot’s movement. We also offer other any-which-way cable and hose carriers (not included).

Strap On

Kits that strap on have hook and loop closures that attach to robot arms, making them easier to put on and take off than kits that clamp on. They’re not as secure, however—use them with robots that operate at slow to average speeds, or to support a moderate weight of cable and tubing.

Clamps—Use clamps to suspend carriers over the widest part of FANUC CRX robot arms. These clamps help support heavy conduit and high-speed movements.

Clamp On

Kits that clamp on have metal straps that attach to robot arms, so they're more secure than kits that strap on. Use them on robots that work at fast speeds that cause vibration, or with heavy cable and tubing. Clamp-on mounts require a screwdriver to install and remove.

Move your cable and hose carrier alongside your robot arm without obstructing the arm’s movement. These clamps close tightly around the end of your robot arm and insert into the carrier’s clamp connector, linking the two together.

Continuous-Flex Plastic (MPT) Conduit and Fittings

Flex over and over without stretching or wearing out. This corrugated conduit protects wiring in moving equipment, such as pick-and-place grippers and robotic arms. Pair it with compatible fittings to seal out liquid and protect wiring indoors and outdoors. Conduit and fittings are made of nylon to resist moisture and chemicals.
