Switch out end-of-arm tools with ease. These tool changers use lever-locks for fast, tool-free swaps. Lift the lever to release a tool, slide in a new one, and close the lever—the down position gives you a clear visual that it’s secure. These tool changers have multiple ISO mounting patterns, which makes them compatible with most robot tools and arms, including FANUC CRX and Universal Robots (UR).
A complete assembly consists of one mount for the end of robot arm and a mount for each of your robot tools. All components are sold separately

Bolt these mounts to your robot’s wrist with the included fasteners. Confirm that the ISO pattern for the mount matches your robot.
Robot Tool Calibration Styli—Connect a calibration stylus to your robot arm mount to line up robots with a work area. They’re often used to teach coordinate systems with machine vision cameras for robot guidance. These styli also help teach points with tight tolerances—the pointed tip ensures you’re teaching the exact center of your parts.

Quickly swap air- and electric-powered robot tools with these tool changers. Pass-throughs for air and electric connections run through the changer, so you don’t need to disconnect and reconnect air lines or cords when switching robot tools. The separate mounts for your robot arm and tool connect with a lever-locking clamp. Lift the lever to release a tool, slide in a new one, and close the lever to secure it. These tool changers have multiple ISO mounting patterns, which makes them compatible with most robot tools and arms, including FANUC CRX and Universal Robots (UR).
A complete assembly consists of one mount for the end of robot arm and a mount for each of your robot tools. All components are sold separately.

    Styli

These mounts pass power and signals from your robot to the connected tool. Two air inlets supply compressed air to single- and double-acting pneumatic tools. Bolt these mounts to your robot’s wrist with the included fasteners, then connect the M8 socket to the plug in your arm. Confirm that the ISO pattern for the mount matches your robot.
Robot Tool Calibration Styli—Connect a robot tool calibration stylus to your mount to line up robots with a work area. They’re often used to direct robots to hole centers when attaching fasteners, or to help them find objects in pick-and-place applications. You can also use them to help your machine-vision camera recognize patterns and locations.
