Tight-Tolerance Drive Rollers

The surface of these rollers is molded to a tolerance of either ±0.003 in. or ±0.08 mm to provide more consistent surface contact. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, they have tapped hubs that allow you to mount them onto a shaft or stud to transmit power. The urethane surface is nonmarring and wear resistant.

Drive Rollers

Made of neoprene rubber, these rollers resist oil, flames, gasoline, and weather. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, they have tapped hubs that allow you to mount them onto a shaft or stud to transmit power.

Abrasion-Resistant Low-Profile Drive Rollers

The mounting holes on these rollers are tapped directly through the roller’s surface so you can install them with set screws and still fit them into tight spots. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, drive rollers spin in unison with a shaft or stud to transmit power. The urethane surface is nonmarring and wear resistant.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Press-Fit Low-Profile Drive Rollers

Install these rollers without the need for set screws or keyways. With a nonprotruding hub, they fit where standard drive rollers can’t. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, drive rollers spin in unison with shaft or stud to transmit power. The neoprene surface resists oil, flames, gasoline, and weather.

Threaded Track Rollers

Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting.
Crowned rollers have a slight curve, which is invisible to the naked eye, to stay centered on surfaces that are not perfectly aligned and/or not perfectly flat.
Rollers with seal have end seals to protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.

High-Load Threaded Track Rollers

With a double row of cylindrical roller bearings, these rollers provide the highest combination of speed and dynamic radial load ratings of any threaded track roller we offer. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. All rollers are permanently lubricated.
Crowned rollers have a slight curve, invisible to the naked eye, which helps them stay centered on surfaces that are slightly misaligned or not perfectly flat.

Ultra-Quiet Threaded Track Rollers

The soft rubber or plastic surface on these rollers creates less noise than the metal surfaces found on other track rollers. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. All rollers have end seals to protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.
Nylon-coated rollers have a nonconductive roller surface and are more chemical resistant than urethane-coated rollers. They are permanently lubricated.
Urethane-coated rollers provide better traction and abrasion resistance than nylon-coated rollers.
Ball bearings create less friction than needle roller bearings, so you can run them at higher speeds.

Also known as yoke-style cam followers, these rollers have more mounting flexibility than threaded track rollers. They're typically mounted onto a shaft or clevis rod end. Rollers are for use with Angle Rails for V-Groove Track Rollers. They handle radial and thrust (top and side) loads and work well in dirty environments because debris falls off the angled rail. All rollers are permanently lubricated.
Sealed rollers block out dust and other contaminants better than shielded rollers, but they hold more heat. Their seals also help retain lubricant.

Flanged Threaded Track Rollers

Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. The flange provides guidance and helps the roller stay on track. All rollers are permanently lubricated and have end seals to retain lubricant and protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.
Stainless steel rollers offer increased corrosion resistance over steel rollers.

Flanged Shaft-Mount Track Rollers

Shaft-mount track rollers have more mounting flexibility than threaded track rollers. Because they’re flanged, they can handle both radial and thrust (top and side) loads. The flange also provides guidance and helps rollers stay on track. All are permanently lubricated and have end seals to retain lubricant and protect rolling elements from dirt and contamination.

Wire, Rod, and Flat Stock Curvers

Also known as ring rollers, these curvers shape wire, rods, and flat stock into curves and circles. Turn the handle to drive material through the steel rollers. With each pass through the rollers, tighten the tensioner knob in small increments to gradually increase the curve.
