Threaded V-Groove Track Rollers

Thread the stud directly into a component or secure with a nut for through-hole mounting. Rollers are for use with Angle Rails for V-Groove Track Rollers. They handle radial and thrust (top and side) loads and work well in dirty environments because debris falls off the angled rail. Also known as cam followers, track rollers support loads while guiding and positioning work. All rollers are permanently lubricated.

440C Stainless Steel Rollers—440C stainless steel rollers offer better corrosion resistance than steel rollers.

With Seal—Rollers with a seal block out dust and other contaminants better than shielded rollers, but they hold more heat. Their seal also helps retain lubricant.

Plastic Overmold—Rollers with a plastic overmold make less than noise than other rollers, and they’re suitable for corrosive environments. However, they have lower weight capacities than other similarly sized rollers and they’re less corrosion resistant than other stainless steel rollers.

Sanitary Threaded V-Groove Track Rollers

Guide loads along angle rail tracks in food and pharmaceutical plants or other sanitary environments with these threaded rollers. They’re permanently lubricated, a feature often seen in sanitary areas where repeated lubrication could cause contamination. Their lubricant is NSF registered H1 as safe for incidental contact with food. They’re made of stainless steel, so they won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners. The bearings are sealed and shielded to keep out liquid and make sure the lubricant stays intact. These rollers have a V-groove profile, which allows debris to fall off when they’re mounted on angle rails. They’re also known as cam followers.

Fixed Shoulder—Rollers with a fixed shoulder have a threaded mounting stud. Thread them directly into a component, or secure them with a nut for through-hole mounting.

Adjustable Shoulder—Rollers with an adjustable shoulder are also known as eccentric track rollers. They can be moved up and down, and they’re commonly used alongside standard rollers to correct misalignment. Secure them with a nut for through-hole mounting.
