Shock-Absorbing Grip-Tight Rope—Not for Lifting

Use this nylon rope when you need to compensate for sudden force, such as in towing applications or dock lines. It is rot and mildew resistant. When wet, the rope can lose up to 20% of its strength. The twisted construction gives this rope a grooved surface, allowing you to grip it tight without it slipping.
Note: The safety factor for capacity is 12:1.
Extra-Grip-Tight Rope—Not for Lifting

Softer than all other grip-tight rope, this manila rope is more comfortable to grip. Its twisted construction gives it a grooved surface, so you can grip it tight without it slipping.
Note: The safety factor for capacity is 12:1.
Crosby Forged Single-Saddle Wire Rope Clamps—Not for Lifting

These must be oriented with the saddle on the long (live) end and U-bolt on the short (dead) end. Their forged fabrication makes these clamps more reliable in critical applications such as tie downs and support lines. They’re also known as wire rope clips. Clamps have a thick coating for corrosion resistance.
Warning: Test all assemblies for required strength before use. Do not use with coated rope unless the coating is removed.
