Install these shaft covers on gear boxes, face-mount motors, and other areas where rotating shafts are exposed to protect the shaft from debris and prevent injury. When installed properly, they help comply with ANSI B11.19-2010 machinery guard standards. Covers are chemical-, corrosion-, and impact-resistant ABS. They withstand temperatures up to 200° F. Use the included clamping fasteners and clip-on nuts to clamp the two halves together. To mount, drill holes in the flange to match your mounting-hole pattern, or use self-tapping screws. Mounting fasteners are not included.
