Round Bay Lights
Brighten large, open areas, such as warehouses and manufacturing spaces. Use them to replace old high-intensity discharge (HID) lights—they’ll hang from the same chain. IP rated and UL listed for wet locations, these lights are sealed against washdowns. They’ll also keep out dust. The lens is made of polycarbonate to resist impact. These lights are also known as UFO lights.
Lights rated IP65 are protected against low-pressure washdowns. Lights rated IP66 are protected against high-pressure washdowns. Lights rated IP69K are protected against high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns, such as those used for sanitizing. Lights rated NEMA 4X are protected against washdowns and corrosive liquids.
Lights that meet NSF/ANSI 2 splash zone are safe to use in food processing areas with splashing liquid.
Style A are often used in smaller spaces such as garages and workshops. Those with a NEMA 5-15 plug don’t need any wiring. Just plug them in to a standard outlet.
Styles B, C, and D last longer when used at high temperatures than Style A, thanks to larger heat sinks and thermally protected drivers. Each light has exactly the same light appearance, so they’ll look the same if you’re using multiple. For a rigid mount, you can thread them onto conduit. Style D are the best choice for food environments that require sanitizing washdowns. They’re domed so water drains off and debris doesn’t settle.
Add a motion sensor (sold separately) so your light only turns on when there’s movement, saving energy.
Add an emergency backup battery (sold separately) to keep your light running if the power goes out. They help your light meet UL 924, which ensures it will stay powered for at least 90 minutes during an outage.

Retrofit Hazardous Location Round Bay Lights
Upgrade your existing hazardous location bay lights to energy-efficient LEDs. Choose a light that matches the model already in place—they’ll fit into your existing hood and connect to the wires already in your conduit. Safe to use in areas with combustible concentrations of gases, vapors, dust, and fibers, these lights are rated NEC Class I, II, and III.
These lights even stand up in wet and outdoor locations. Rated IP66 and IP67, they withstand washdowns and submersion in water. They’re also dust tight. For resisting salt water and other corrosive liquids, they’re UL marine listed and NEMA 4X rated. They’ll keep shining in extreme temperatures, from -40° F to 145° F.
Style A have mounting holes that align perfectly with Crouse-Hinds mounting hoods—no mounting adapter required.
Style B and C require an adapter (sold separately) to fit into Crouse-Hinds, Killark, and Mercmaster mounting hoods. Style B are rated IK08 for impact resistance against accidental bumps.

Portable Bay Lights
Light up large, open rooms where you need a quick setup and takedown, such as a room under construction. Just hang these lights from a ceiling up to 30' high and they’re ready to go. Connect up to 10 lights on a single circuit. The brighter the light, the further you should space them apart. All withstand humidity and moisture, so you can use them where it’s damp.
Lights with an outward beam direction have straight sides, so they’ll direct some light to the ceilings and walls of your facility. Rated IP64, they’re sealed against splashing liquid and dusty conditions.
Lights with a downward beam direction have angled sides, so they’ll direct more light towards the floor than lights with an outward beam direction.
