Electric Routers
Pair with router bits to cut grooves, chamfers, and other detailed shapes in panels, sheets, and other large surfaces. Guide these routers by hand or use them with a router table.
Routers with fixed and plunge bases have removable bases to switch between fixed and plunge routing. After attaching the plunge base, press the body of the router downward to perform plunge cuts; use controls on the base to make adjustments to the plunge depth.
Variable-speed routers have a six-position speed control.
