    Enclosure-Mounted Terminal Blocks

These blocks come mounted in an enclosure that you can pop directly onto walls or equipment. They also reduce hassle because you can wire your circuits before installing the enclosure. Enclosures protect the terminal blocks from water, oil, and corrosion. Knockouts make it easy to run wire in and out of the enclosure. For enclosures without knockouts, you’ll need to drill your own holes for the wiring.
The screw-clamp terminals flatten your wire so it stays put when vibrated or pulled. For an even stronger and more conductive connection, crimp a terminal or wire ferrule onto the end of the wire. If you need to change wiring frequently without adjusting a screw, consider a terminal block with spring-clamp terminals.
ABS—Tough yet lightweight, these enclosures shield terminal blocks from incidental knocks on busy worksites. They also keep their strength and shape when exposed to water and mild detergents.
Powder-Coated Aluminum—Even more durable and impact resistant than ABS.

Combat flickering monitors, interrupted data signals, and annoying radio noise. These enclosures reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) from equipment such as motors and generators. All have a woven steel gasket for continuous EMI/RFI shielding at the seam between the two halves of the enclosure. Use them to protect motor controls, power supplies, and wiring while also containing any EMI/RFI generated inside. They also seal out dust, water, oil, and coolant spray.
Lift-Off Cover—The removable, screw-secured cover is best for full access during setup or service, but not for frequent entry.
Hinged Cover—The cover swings open for fast, frequent access and remains attached to prevent drops or loss.
Aluminum—These enclosures block medium-range frequency interference in most applications. They won't rust as quickly as zinc-plated steel when exposed to moisture. However, they are not as strong as steel.
Zinc-Plated Steel—These enclosures block 10 times more interference than aluminum, making them best for protecting sensitive components and precision measuring equipment. Inherently strong, they resist denting and cracking better than aluminum. Their plating adds a layer of rust protection against occasional exposure to moisture, but they aren't as corrosion resistant as aluminum.
Interference Reduction @ Frequency—The amount of EMI/RFI an enclosure blocks at specific frequencies. Also known as attenuation.

    Style A

    Style B

Also known as power stringers, these extension cords temporarily distribute power in demanding environments, such as construction sites, maintenance bays, and manufacturing floors. These cords are built with impact-resistant outlet boxes that won’t crack if dropped. The abrasion-resistant jacket resists damage from rough surfaces and constant foot traffic so conductors aren't exposed.
Style A—Also known as dead‑end power stringers, these cords have an outlet box at the end that should not be daisy‑chained to another extension cord. They're often used in small work areas, with power distribution boxes, and in places where you want to limit the total load on the circuit.
Style B—Also known as feed-through power stringers, these extension cords have a socket at the end to link multiple extension cords together from a single power source. They're often found in large construction zones and manufacturing lines.

    Example Configuration

Hang your human-machine interface and swivel it around to save floor space and comfortably access touch screens, buttons, and other operating equipment. These suspension arms have already-drilled mounting holes that match our HMI enclosures. Route wire from your HMI components to a machine through a hole that runs through the entire arm. To prevent them from swinging too far and hitting people and equipment, locking pins let you restrict how far these arms rotate. Brakes lock their position into place.
Customize a system for your application—you can create hundreds of different variations. A complete suspension arm requires at least a base, a tube, and a mount. Add components to extend your arm up to 80” from the base and expand its range of motion. Arms without a connector support up to 180 lbs. Those with a connector support up to 135 lbs., but the load it can hold decreases by 2 lbs. for every 1” over 40” from the base.
