The curved design sits close to your face for better protection from debris. Many of these glasses also have additional features to improve wearability for long periods.
Glass Lens—Glass lenses have better optical clarity, more scratch resistance, and last longer than plastic lenses. The glasses with these lenses come with a removable silicone gasket. You can wear the glasses with or without the gasket.
Adjustable-Tilt Arm—Glasses with adjustable-tilt arms have ratcheting hinges that allow you to angle the glasses toward or away from your cheeks for a comfortable fit.
Auto Darkening—Auto-darkening lenses transition from light to dark in different lighting conditions while protecting your eyes against UV rays—no need for separate sunglasses. They’re also known as photochromic lenses.
Padded Frame—Padded-frame glasses add comfort by improving airflow to reduce moisture buildup.

Get up close to your welds with these goggles. Their lightweight, compact design lets you weld in tight spots or awkward positions. A flame-resistant hood shields your ears, head, and neck from sparks and spatter better than traditional welding helmets. For different protection needs, wear them over prescription glasses, under a hard hat, or without the hood. Use the external controls to adjust power and shade settings without removing these goggles.
As you begin to weld, two sensors detect the light and automatically darken the lens. Unlike traditional green welding lenses, these goggles use a true color lens to enhance clarity and color accuracy. They allow for a better look at your weld pool to increase weld quality and reduce eye strain.
Welding Lens Optical Clarity—Optical clarity measures how clearly a welder can see through the lens based on four categories: visual accuracy, light diffusion, consistency, and distortion. Each category is given a rating on a scale of 1 to 3. The lower the number, the better the clarity. Better optical clarity allows for precise welds, reduces eye strain, and improves focus.
