Light up work without risking an explosion. NEC rated, these headlamps are safe to use in areas with ignitable concentrations of flammable or combustible gases, vapors, and liquids. Swap the elastic strap with the included rubber strap to wear them around a hard hat—no clips required. To attach them to a welding helmet, use the included snap-together fastener. IP rated, you can drop them in water and they’ll still work. These headlamps are tested against ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.

Style A—Style A withstand drops from up to 6 feet.
Spot Beam—Headlamps with a spot beam have a bright center for lighting up long distances.
Flood Beam—Headlamps with a flood beam cast a uniform spread of light that’s good for close-up tasks and inspection work.
Intrinsic Safety—Intrinsically safe headlamps cannot cause an explosion, so they're a better choice where hazardous material is present in normal operating conditions.
Charging Base—Headlamps with a charging base can mount out of the way to keep your charging area free of clutter.
Hazardous Location Rating—Hazardous location ratings indicate where manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in hazardous environments. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

    High-Visibility Headlamps

Light up work while staying visible in high-risk areas. These headlamps have LEDs on the head band so forklift and truck drivers can see you. You can set the lights to shine steady or flash. These headlamps are tested against ANSI/Plato FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.

Style A—Style A have lights all around the head band for 360° visibility. You can turn the front and band light on separately or simultaneously. Battery life is measured when all lights are on. They include a rubber strap you can wrap around a hard hat—no hard hat clips required. These headlamps are rated for temporary submersion in water.
They have a memory function that defaults to your preferred light combination when you first turn them on.
Spot/Flood Beam—Headlamps with a spot beam have a bright center for lighting up long distances. Headlamps with a flood beam cast a uniform spread of light that’s good for close-up tasks and inspection work.
Green Beam—On headlamps with color options, the green beam shows more contrast than the red beam, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions.
Red Beam—On headlamps with color options, the red beam lets you see in low light without disrupting your night vision.

Style B—Style B have lights all around the head band for 360° visibility. You can turn the front and band light on separately or simultaneously. Battery life is measured when all lights are on. They include a rubber strap you can wrap around a hard hat—no hard hat clips required. These headlamps are rated for temporary submersion in water.
These headlamps will last a full shift. Quickly swap out their disposable batteries—no need to wait for a charge. Their reflective band keeps you visible to vehicles even when the light is turned off.
Style C—Style C are a lower cost alternative that has a red light in back so people can see you when it is dark. However, they don’t have lights all around the head band. The front light has a dial to dim the light anywhere from high to low for precise lighting control. They are a good choice for wearing on your head rather than on a hard hat. Rated IP54, they’re sealed against dust and splashing water.
Flood—Headlamps with a flood beam cast a uniform spread of light that’s good for close-up tasks and inspection work.
Spot—Headlamps with a spot beam have a bright center for lighting up long distances.
Red Beam—On headlamps with color options, the red beam lets you see in low light without disrupting your night vision.
