Battery powered for portability, these sheet sanders handle quick jobs where you don’t have access to an air or electric power source. Shaped for rectangular sanding sheets, they reach into corners and sand edges better than disc sanders. They move in small circles for a lighter sand than random orbital sanders and don’t vibrate much, so you can use them on delicate workpieces. However, because they move in consistent circles, they may leave light swirl marks on your surface. The variable-speed motor lets you set the speed for any task, from heavy material removal to delicate surface sanding.

These sanders have a built-in vacuum to remove dust from the air and surface of the sanding sheet to extend its life. All include a dust collection bag. To make your sanding sheet compatible with the vacuum holes of the sander, use the included sandpaper punch. Sanders with Bluetooth connection wirelessly start and stop a Bluetooth-enabled vacuum system as you start and stop sanding.
