Disc Sanding Blocks
Attach sanding discs to these hand sanding blocks.
Style A are ideal for sanding flat surfaces.
Style D are a half-moon shape, so they can sand both flat and contoured surfaces. Fold your sanding disc over the block, then use the straight edge for finishing flat faces or the curved edge for squeezing into tight spots.
Style E have a cushioned grip designed to fit your hand for extra comfort while sanding.
Disc Sanding Blocks for Wet Sanding
Keep the surface of your workpiece damp during sanding. These blocks have a sponge in the center that soaks up water or lubricant, then slowly releases it as you sand. This makes the surface of your sanding disc (sold separately) slippery, which helps prevent scratches. It also washes away dust and debris, removing clogs and extending the life of the abrasive. Made of firm foam, these blocks distribute pressure evenly across the surface of the sanding disc. They’re often used for surface preparation or finishing delicate materials.
Sheet Sanding Block Assortments
Keep a variety of sanding blocks on hand to smooth workpieces of all shapes and sizes. The blocks in these assortments are more comfortable to hold than a sheet alone and give you greater control while you sand. Larger blocks are good for finishing wide surfaces; smaller blocks squeeze into tight spaces. All are bright yellow, so they’re easy to spot in dusty shops. Pair them with adhesive-back or hook-and-loop sanding sheets and rolls (sold separately).

Flexible Sheet Sanding Blocks

Squeeze these blocks into corners or hug curved edges—they’re made from flexible foam. Pair them with adhesive-back or hook and loop sanding sheets and rolls (not included). If your sheet is larger than the block, you can cut it to size or let it hang off the side.
Clog-resistant blocks have holes that collect dust while you sand. They keep material from building up on the surface of your sanding sheet, which extends the life of the abrasive.
Dual-sided blocks let you switch from quickly removing material to finishing a workpiece. Use the rigid side to apply pressure, and the soft side for light sanding.

Sheet Sanding Blocks

Style C blocks have a cushioned, ergonomic grip for comfort while you sand.
Style D and E blocks are extra long to sand large surfaces with a more consistent finish/flatness than smaller sanding blocks. Style D have two handles, so you can apply more pressure to remove more material. Style E have a grip along the entire length. Sand in any direction with one or both hands.
Use hard-density blocks on flat surfaces. Use soft-density blocks on contoured surfaces.

Dust-Collecting Sheet Sanding Blocks
Keep your environment clean and prevent dust from clogging your abrasive—these blocks have vacuum holes and a dust extraction port. They are designed to help you sand by hand with comfort and control. Use them with hook and loop sanding sheets or rolls (sold separately).
Style A and B blocks are foam—they flex to compensate for uneven pressure as you sand. They’re best for sanding contoured surfaces. However, they do not remove material as quickly as plastic sanding blocks. Style A blocks have a flat face, so they’re good for sanding flat surfaces or wider contours. Style B blocks have a curved surface, so they’re good for sanding tighter curves and contours.
Style C and D blocks are plastic—they’re firm and remove material from your surface more quickly than foam blocks. They have a flat face, so they’re good for sanding flat surfaces or wider contours. Style C blocks have a foam grip for added comfort. Style D blocks are long with two handles, so you can apply more pressure to remove lots of material from your workpiece.
Vacuum hose kits (sold separately) connect your sanding block to a vacuum. They come with adapters for a variety of systems. The 20 ft. hose gives you plenty of room to work away from your vacuum.
