Nylon Mesh Cushioned Arbor-Mount Sanding Discs
The abrasive-embedded mesh construction gives you more control over sanding pressure, creating finer and more consistent finishes. Fit these discs over your tool’s arbor. They don’t require a backup pad.
Medium grade is for moderate blending, cleaning, light deburring, and general finishing.
Fine grade is for light cleaning and finishing.
Very fine grade is for polishing and final finishing.

Nylon Mesh Cushioned Arbor-Mount Sanding
Discs for Stainless Steel and Hard Metals

When you need to achieve a more consistent finish, choose nylon mesh sanding discs over paper- or cloth-backed discs. The mesh flexes to compensate for uneven sanding pressure as you sand. It's embedded with abrasive to cut through hard metals such as stainless steel and nickel. Fit these discs over your tool’s arbor.
Ceramic alumina grit continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. It's sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals without dulling quickly. Silicon carbide is one of the sharpest abrasives. It cuts through metals with ease, generating minimal heat to prevent material buildup.
Extra coarse grade is for heavy cleaning and stripping. It aggressively cuts the material’s surface to ensure it’s prepared for further processes such as coating, painting, and soldering.
Style A sand your workpiece using the face of the disc.
