Graduated Mounting Rods for Conveyors
Graduated in 1/8" or 1 mm increments, these rods make it easy to align multiple brackets during installation.
Round rods are the most common. However, these rods might cause connectors to slip over time as vibration loosens their hold on the rod. Square rods have edges that keep connecting brackets in place.
Hollow rods are best for frequent conveyor setup changes because they are lighter than solid rods and easier to move. Solid rods are sturdier than hollow rods, so they are less likely to be knocked out of place by heavy objects on your conveyor.

Graduated Pivoting Mounting Rods for Conveyors
To make aligning multiple brackets during installation easy, these rods have 1/8” graduation marks. They also have a pivoting joint, so you can adjust the angle of your mount.

Graduated Modular Conveyor Guide Mounts
Take the guesswork out of precisely aligning a conveyor guide—these mounts have graduations every 1 mm. They come assembled but can be easily adapted by swapping, adding, or adjusting parts. These mounts work with both round and square mounting rods. Move the mount closer to or farther from your setup using the included rod with a bracket base. They also come with two adjustable handles, often called clamping handles, so it’s easy to frequently change the mount’s position and tighten the rods without tools. Lift the handle to rotate it into an ergonomic position or move it out of the way. Release the handle to tighten or loosen components.
To modify these mounts, add mounting rods, mounting rods with a clamp, mounting rods with a bracket base, mounting rod end caps, mounting rod connectors, mounting rod brackets, and adjustable handles. Use the included hex key to fasten or remove parts.
To install these mounts to a magnetic surface, attach a magnetic base (sold separately).

Graduated Modular Conveyor Sensor Mounts
Precisely adjust your sensor to the exact spot you need it on your conveyor—these mounts have graduations every 1 mm. They come assembled but can be easily adapted by swapping, adding, or adjusting parts. These mounts work with both round and square mounting rods and can be installed horizontally and vertically. All include two adjustable handles, also called clamping handles, so it’s easy to frequently change the mount’s position and tighten the rods without tools. Lift the handle to rotate it into an ergonomic position or move it out of the way. Release the handle to tighten or loosen components.
To modify these mounts, add mounting rods, mounting rods with a bracket base, mounting rod end caps, mounting rod connectors, sensor and reflector brackets, and adjustable handles. Use the included hex key to fasten or remove parts.
Mounts with an adjustable connector can be pivoted to position the rod at any angle.
Mounts with a blank sensor hole let you drill your own hole based on your application.
