    Precision Digital-Display Bench-Top Scales

    These scales are 10 times more accurate than our other bench-top scales. The tare function lets you reset the scale to zero after placing a container on the platform. All include an adapter so you can plug them in for power. Styles A-C and E can also run on batteries.
    Density determination kits include a thermometer, holder, beaker, beaker holder, and replacement pan assembly to measure your sample both in liquid and in air.

    Density Determination Kits

    Style D—Style D and E scales have a check-weigh mode to notify you if an item falls outside a set weight range and a counting mode to keep tally as you add or remove pieces. They can transfer data to a printer or computer—just connect an RS-232 cord (not included) via their DB9 port. Style D scales have a density determination mode to help measure the density of solids and liquids.
    Density determination kits (sold separately) include a thermometer, holder, beaker, beaker holder, and replacement pan assembly to measure your sample both in liquid and in air.

Use the scale’s counting mode to keep a tally of your measurements as you add or remove items to the scale. Operate the scale wirelessly—they run on a rechargeable battery. Or use the included adapter to plug them into an outlet and run them constantly. To print or transfer your data to a computer, connect an RS-232 computer cord (not included).

They have multiple modes: check weighing notifies you if an item falls outside of a certain weight range, and the tare function resets the scale to zero after placing a container on the platform. A backlit LCD display lets you easily read out measurements in low lighting.
