Use these gauges with changeable sensors and square-drive sockets (sold separately) to display, collect, and download torque readings. They display torque as it's measured and the maximum torque reached. Gauges can also be used to convert any hand-turned square drive tool into a precise torque-measuring tool.
Note: The accuracy ratings do not apply to the lower 10% of the torque range.

Square Drive Torque Tool Testers
Check the accuracy of torque wrenches and screwdrivers—place your tool onto the tester with the included square drive connector and turn. The main pointer shows torque as it's measured; the memory pointer shows the maximum torque reached. Use these testers with hand tools only.

Chuck-Style Torque Tool Testers
Finger-tighten the three-jaw chuck onto a torque wrench or screwdriver, then twist either the gauge or tool to check the tool's accuracy. Use with hand tools only. A pointer shows torque as it's measured. Testers with memory pointer show the maximum torque reached.

Torque Testers for Torque-Limiting Power Tools
Calibrate torque-limiting power tools such as air-powered and impact drivers. These testers check clockwise and counterclockwise torque, so fasteners do not fail because they were too loose or over-tightened and deformed. They record the first time your maximum torque is reached (peak down), the maximum torque (peak), and torque as it's measured (real-time). Use the flexible or rigid joints to connect your tools to these testers to simulate your fastening application. These testers have a calibration certificate with test data traceable to NIST, so they meet standards for accuracy.
Testers that meet ISO 17025 have been checked in a laboratory that was evaluated for accuracy.

Torque Tool Testers for Torque Screwdrivers
Measure the force of hand and non-impact electric torque screwdrivers to keep fasteners from failing due to under or overtightening. A chuck-like adapter simulates your fastener joint during testing. Return the fastener to its starting position with the press of a button to reduce time between tests. These testers record the first time you reach the maximum torque (peak down), the maximum torque (peak), and torque as it's measured (real-time). A track mode lets you monitor fluctuating torque. For quick pass/fail testing, these testers have programmable high/low set points with lights and an alarm. Opening-and-Closing Torque Testers for Caps and Knobs
Measure the twisting force needed to tighten or loosen caps and knobs with these torque testers. Four adjustable gripping posts clamp round and irregularly-shaped containers. Twist the top by hand to measure force or use it to calibrate your capping machine, so it applies the right amount of force in a production line. These testers have overload protection, which prevents damage to the measuring system if you accidentally exceed the torque range.
View torque measurements, change operating modes, and switch units of measurement on the LCD screen. Store data on the microSD card, transfer it to your devices via Bluetooth or USB, or print using the DB9 cable. The I/O cable connects to controllers to operate other devices dependent on torque force readings.

Digital Torque-Measuring Screwdrivers
A green light and a beep alert you when you've reached 90% of your set torque, and a steady tone sounds once you've hit your target. Set your torque in cNm, cm-Kg, or in.-lbs. and quickly check the LCD for real-time measurements along the way. A red light warns if you begin to overtighten. In addition to applying the correct torque to a fastener, these screwdrivers can help determine fastener torque specifications and identify the torque required to loosen tightened fasteners. They store up to nine torque settings to save time when working on multiple fasteners. They're compatible with any bit that has a 1/4" hex shank. All require one AAA battery (included). To save battery power, the display turns off after five minutes of idle time. You can also turn the display off manually.
Accurate to within 2% of the set torque in the clockwise direction, and 3% in the counterclockwise direction, these screwdrivers are more precise than standard torque screwdrivers. All screwdrivers come with a calibration certificate from the manufacturer. Square Drive Torque-Measuring Screwdrivers
Attach a socket to the 1/4" square drive tip to turn hex nuts and hex head screws. The dial on these drivers shows how torque measurements change as you turn. Use to fasten to a specific torque, determine fastener torque specifications, and identify the torque required to loosen tightened fasteners. To use with screwdriver bits, add a bit adapter. Drivers come with a calibration certificate that is traceable to NIST and includes the test measurements that confirm accuracy.
Drivers with memory pointer indicate the maximum torque reached.
Drivers with 1/4" female square drive in handle allow you to attach a T-handle or ratchet to the end for extra leverage when applying high torque.
Note: The accuracy ratings do not apply to the lower 20% of the torque range.
