These scoops have welded seams, rounded interiors, and polished surfaces to prevent bacterial growth and reduce foodborne illness. Use them to move, measure, or dispense bulk materials in sanitary environments, such as food processing and pharmaceutical plants.
Round Scoop Bottom—Round bottom scoops are the easiest to pour with, since contents slide to a narrow exit point.
Flat Scoop Bottom—Flat bottom scoops are the best for scooping materials from flat surfaces. They can also rest flat on a surface, so they can be used as weigh boats.
Style A—Style A are made of aluminum, so they are lightweight and more durable than plastic scoops, but less durable than other metal options. They resist corrosion in wet environments. These scoops have an ergonomic handle that keeps hands comfortable and clean while scooping for extended periods of time.
Style B—Style B are made of 304 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They are cylindrical with a high rim near the handle to prevent material from falling onto your hand when tilted upright.
Style C—Style C are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers.
Style D—Style D are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They have an ergonomic handle that keeps hands comfortable and clean while scooping for extended periods of time.
Style E—Style E are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They have an extra-long handle that is nearly 2 ft. long. It is ideal for scooping from a distance, such as into large or deep containers.
Style F—Style F are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers.
316 Stainless Steel—316 stainless steel scoops are the most corrosion resistant.
NSF/ANSI 2—They meet NSF/ANSI 2, so they comply with strict sanitary design requirements for food equipment.

    Perforated

Round-bottom spoons work well for most jobs. They're shaped to get into corners and scrape along the sides of containers.
Perforated—Use perforated spoons to strain samples and skim foam from the top of a vat.
Plastic Handle—Spoons with a plastic handle are insulated to protect your hand from hot and cold contents.
Stop Notch—Spoons with a stop notch have a bump under the handle that prevents them from slipping into containers.
NSF/ANSI 2—Spoons that meet NSF/ANSI 2 sanitary standards are safe to use in food-processing environments.

Scoop and lift materials in your food-processing facility. Designed for use in a sanitary environment, these shovels are easy to clean and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners.
Plastic Blade—Plastic shovels are much lighter than stainless steel shovels, which reduces fatigue during extended use. Unlike stainless steel, they won’t scratch surfaces. The single-piece construction has no seams where bacteria can grow. These shovels come in a variety of colors, which you can use to color-code specific lines or areas in your plant as part of a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program. They’re also FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Stainless Steel Blade—Stainless steel shovels are highly polished and have smooth, continuously welded seams, so bacteria has nowhere to hide. They also have a closed-back design, which prevents debris from collecting on the back of the blade.
Style B—The handle on Style B shovels is reinforced with aluminum for added strength and angled to reduce back strain while lifting.
Metal Detectable—Metal-detectable plastic shovels have a metal additive that sets off metal detectors if a piece breaks off and falls into your line, so contaminated food won’t leave your plant. They help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.

Rake food products in bulk. Compliant with NSF or FDA standards for use with food, these forks are often used to empty large containers in food-processing facilities. All are autoclavable and resist corrosion from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners.
Pulling forks have downward-bent tines for raking and dragging.
Polypropylene—Forks with polypropylene tines are lightweight, reducing the effort needed to scoop or rake. They have a single-molded design that leaves no room for bacteria to grow. They won’t scratch stainless steel equipment in your facility, and they’re commonly used with delicate foods such as grapes or peaches. These forks are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
304 Stainless Steel—Forks with stainless steel tines are highly polished and have continuously welded seams, so they have no crevices that could house bacteria. They’re reinforced with a steel bar welded across the tines for increased durability and strength. They’re often used for firm and heavy foods such as frozen meat. These forks meet NSF standards for sanitary design for food equipment.
Straight Handle—Forks with a straight handle have shallow, easy-to-clean threads that reduce the risk of bacteria growth. The handle threads tightly into the head to minimize loosening.
T-Handle—Forks with a T-handle are shaped for comfort during prolonged use.

Scoop food products in bulk. Compliant with NSF or FDA standards for use with food, these pitchforks are often used to empty large containers in food-processing facilities. All are autoclavable and resist corrosion from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners.
Scooping pitchforks have upward-bent tines for lifting and carrying.
304 Stainless Steel—Pitchforks with stainless steel tines are highly polished and have continuously welded seams, so they have no crevices that could house bacteria. They’re reinforced with a steel bar welded across the tines for increased durability and strength. They’re often used for firm and heavy foods such as frozen meat. These pitchforks meet NSF standards for sanitary design for food equipment.
Polypropylene—Pitchforks with polypropylene tines are lightweight, reducing the effort needed to scoop. They have a single-molded design that leaves no room for bacteria to grow. They won’t scratch stainless steel equipment in your facility, and they’re commonly used with delicate foods such as grapes or peaches. These pitchforks are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Angled Handle—Pitchforks with an angled D-handle reduce back strain when lifting. The angled handle is reinforced with an inner aluminum tube.
D-Handle—Pitchforks with a D-handle provide a comfortable grip and can be hung on hooks.
