About Sanding Abrasives

Clog-Resistant Sanding Rolls

A slick coating on these rolls prevents debris from accumulating on the abrasive surface and keeps operating temperatures low. Aluminum oxide, the most common abrasive material, is hard enough to sand steel and wood. It costs less than silicon carbide but is less sharp and takes longer to abrade. These rolls can be cut to length.

Fast-Cutting Sanding Rolls

Sanding rolls with precision-shaped ceramic alumina abrade hard metals like stainless steel faster than standard ceramic alumina rolls because of their sharp, outwardly pointed grit. The grain particles continually fracture to produce new, sharp cutting edges while maintaining their specially engineered points and angle. The design also reduces heat generation while sanding, which prevents the grit from wearing down. These rolls are also good for sanding steel and soft metals. They can be cut to length.
Clog-resistant rolls have a slick coating that prevents debris from accumulating on the abrasive surface and keeps operating temperatures low.

Fast-Cutting Adhesive-Back Sanding Rolls

Sanding rolls with precision-shaped ceramic alumina abrade hard metals like stainless steel faster than standard ceramic alumina rolls because of their sharp, outwardly pointed grit. The grain particles continually fracture to produce new, sharp cutting edges while maintaining their specially engineered points and angle. The design also reduces heat generation while sanding, which prevents the grit from wearing down. They are also good for sanding steel and soft metals. Cut the length you need and stick to your sanding tool. When it’s time to change the sheet, peel it off.

Fabric Partitions

Create workspaces by joining multiple wall panels. Partitions can be reconfigured as needs change and have leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors.
Wall panels must be supported every 6 to 8 feet with a wall bracket or with another wall panel set at 90°. Use two wall brackets to attach a wall panel to an existing wall: one for the panel top and one for the bottom.
To create a three-way connection, use two packages of corner connectors; to create a four-way connection, use three packages of corner connectors.
Bookshelves must be used with wall panels of the same width.
