Rapidly heat water in small containers to prevent freezing or generate steam. Compact in size, these heating elements fit in openings that are 1 _¼ NPT or smaller. With a high-watt density, they heat liquids up quickly. Inside the sheath is a heating element made of Incoloy or 316 stainless steel that won’t corrode when exposed to water and moisture.

Both ends of the fitting are threaded, so one side fits into your tank and the other can be threaded into conduit to protect the wiring. For the most even heat distribution, choose the largest length of heating element that will fit in your container. All require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate the heat output and power the heating element .
