    Hex Shank

    A straightforward choice for small-scale jobs. These versatile bits handle everything from installing outlet covers and switch plates to fastening screws in sheet metal. However, since they only have two points of contact, they may slip out of the fastener head if you use too much force.
    Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
