Adjust sensitive electronic components such as the variable resistors and trimmer capacitors commonly found in radio transmitters, medical equipment, and other precision instrumentation. Made from ceramic, these screwdrivers are stiff enough to make fine adjustments by hand. Their tips won't wear down over time, so they continue to keep a firm grip on screws. They're completely nonconductive, noninductive, and nonmagnetic, so there's no risk of short-circuiting or creating electromagnetic interference. However, ceramic is brittle, so don’t use these screwdrivers for final tightening or prying, as you might with regular screwdrivers. A plastic cap is included to protect the tip from damage.
