    Plastic Pan Head Phillips Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Plastic Pan Head Phillips Screws.
Our most common plastic pan head screws, these are often used to attach panels and covers to electronics and automated equipment. They're lightweight and nonconductive. Pan heads have a moderate height and width profile, offering a middle ground between narrower button heads and wider truss heads. The Phillips drive easily aligns with drivers and withstands more torque than slotted drives, but drivers slip when you apply too much force.
Length is measured from under the head.
Nylon—The most common plastic rounded head screws, these are good for general purpose fastening. Slippery and abrasion resistant, they thread in smoothly and stand up to daily wear and tear. Nylon will swell and weaken when exposed to moisture, so these screws are best for dry environments.

Tamper-Resistant Tri-Wing® Stainless Steel Rounded Head Screws for Sheet Metal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Tapping Screws. Tamper-Resistant Tri-Wing® Stainless Steel Rounded Head Screws for Sheet Metal.
Prevent tampering with screws that turn only with a Tri-Wing® driver. The three offset slots handle high torque to prevent slipping and damaging the drive. These screws have a pointed tip that starts a hole in sheet metal up to 0.025" thick, but for thicker material you’ll need to drill first. Screws resist corrosion and have a rounded head for a finished look.
Length is measured from under the head.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Power Tools Bits—Pair with your power tools to turn screws more quickly than manual tools.

    Phillips Bits

    Quick-Change Hex

    Shank

One of the most common drive styles for good reason. Phillips bits align easily with fasteners and deliver more torque than slotted bits.
Quick-Change Hex Shank—Lock these bits directly into power tools. They won't wobble as much as bits paired with an adapter, so they are the best choice for high-precision tasks.
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

The bits in these sets turn Tri-Wing® screws, which are commonly found on electronics. They have offset wings that withstand high torque without slipping and damaging the drive.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
