    Hex Shank

Have a range of bits ready to turn the most common screw styles and sizes.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

Tamper-Resistant Drilled Spanner Stainless Steel Flat Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Flat Head Screws. Tamper-Resistant Drilled Spanner Stainless Steel Flat Head Screws.
The unique two-hole design deters tampering. These screws only turn with a drilled spanner driver, making them hard to force with other tools. Also known as pig-nose drives, their two contact points won't withstand much torque, so they're good for light duty tasks. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust or corrode when exposed to moisture and chemicals.
Length is measured from the top of the head.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Standard Profile—Standard-profile heads are the most common choice for flat head screws.
Undercut Profile—About a third thinner than standard heads, the undercut profile fits into shallow holes in thin material. The thin head also has more threading on the shaft, so they're often used to keep short screws from coming loose.
Screwdriver Bits—Turn screws by hand for more control and less chance of overtightening compared to power tools.
Power Tool Bits—Pair these bits with your power tools to turn screws more quickly than manual tools.

Tamper-Resistant Tri-Groove-Drive Steel Round Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Tamper-Resistant Tri-Groove-Drive Steel Round Head Screws.
Good luck trying to force off these screws. The tri-groove drive has a sloped shape with three notches that makes it nearly impossible to grip without a tri-groove driver. They're often found on electrical boxes, machine control panels, and critical equipment where unauthorized access is a concern.
Length is measured from under the head.

    Cushion Grip

Don't lug around a toolbox full of drivers—just swap out the bit to drive multiple screw sizes and styles with one tool. The ultimate space savers, these bit screwdrivers are a smart solution for on-the-go jobs.
Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel—With solid stainless steel construction, these screwdrivers have no coating that could flake off and damage the screw drive. They resist salt water and chemicals better than steel screwdrivers, but are not quite as strong.
Cushion Grip—Made of soft plastic to make gripping and squeezing the handle more comfortable.

Tamper-Resistant Drilled Spanner Stainless Steel Truss Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Tamper-Resistant Drilled Spanner Stainless Steel Truss Head Screws.
These screws have a wide head that distributes weight and a two-hole design that deters tampering. They only turn with a drilled spanner driver, making them hard to force with other tools. Also known as pig-nose drives, their two contact points won't withstand much torque, so they're good for light duty tasks. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust or corrode when exposed to moisture and chemicals. Their wide head spreads out pressure without adding a washer to reduce the risk of crushing thin material, such as sheet metal.
Length is measured from under the head.

Tamper-Resistant Drilled-Spanner Stainless Steel Flat Head Screws for Sheet Metal

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Tapping Screws. Tamper-Resistant Drilled-Spanner Stainless Steel Flat Head Screws for Sheet Metal.
A two-hole drive deters tampering with screws that install in countersunk holes. Also known as pig-nose screws, these require a drilled spanner driver to turn them. However, the two contact points won’t withstand much torque, so they’re best for light duty fastening. They have a flat, beveled head to sit flush with surfaces. The pointed tip starts a hole in sheet metal up to 0.025" thick, but for thicker material you’ll need to drill first. Made of stainless steel, these screws resist corrosion.
Length is measured from the top of the head.

    Shank

Similar to Phillips bits, but with offset wings for a better grip. The bits in these sets are less likely to slip out of the screw head and damage the fastener.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Quick-Change Hex Shank—Lock these bits directly into power tools. They won't wobble as much as bits paired with an adapter, so they are the best choice for high-precision tasks.
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

    Hex Shank

Use these bits to turn Tri-Wing® screws, which are commonly found on electronics. They have offset wings that withstand high torque without slipping and damaging the drive.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.
