Stainless Steel Button Head Torx Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Stainless Steel Button Head Torx Screws.
Our most corrosion-resistant button head Torx screws. The button head looks similar to a pan head, but it's lower and more compact, taking up less space. With a deep six-lobe opening, the Torx drive prevents your driver from slipping and stripping the drive. Also known as star drives, they withstand more torque than slotted, Phillips, and hex drives.
Length is measured from under the head.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.

Tamper-Resistant Torx Stainless Steel Button Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Tamper-Resistant Torx Stainless Steel Button Head Screws.
Deter unauthorized access in corrosive environments. With a security pin in the drive, you can only turn them with a tamper-resistant Torx driver. Also known as pin-in Torx, the drive has a deep six-lobe opening that withstands high torque without the driver slipping and stripping the drive. Made of stainless steel, these screws won't rust, but they're not as strong as alloy steel. The button head looks similar to a pan head, but it's lower and more compact, taking up less space.

L-Keys—Turn screws by hand for more control and less chance of overtightening compared to power tools.

Steel Torx Plus Flat Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flat Head Screws. Steel Torx Plus Flat Head Screws.
The strongest Torx Plus flat head screws we offer. They're made of alloy steel, so they have nearly twice the tensile strength of other screws. With larger lobes than Torx drives, Torx Plus withstands even more torque without slipping and stripping the drive.
Length is measured from the top of the head.
Black-Oxide Alloy Steel—Typically chosen for their appearance, these screws have a dark, matte coating to create a finished look. They offer minimal corrosion resistance, so they're best for dry environments.
Standard Profile—Standard-profile heads are the most common choice for flat head screws.

    Steel Pan Head Torx Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Steel Pan Head Torx Screws.
Get a grip with less slip. With a deep six-lobe opening, these screws prevent drivers from slipping and stripping drives. Also known as star drives, they withstand more torque than slotted, Phillips, and hex drives. Pan heads have a moderate height and width profile, offering a middle ground between narrower button heads and wider truss heads.
Length is measured from under the head.
Zinc-Plated Steel with Black Painted Head—Add a decorative touch to your projects without the hassle of painting screws yourself. These screws are a common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture.

Steel Button Head Torx Plus Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Steel Button Head Torx Plus Screws.
Our strongest Torx Plus rounded head screws. Made of alloy steel, they have nearly twice the tensile strength of other screws. The button head looks similar to a pan head, but it's lower and more compact, taking up less space. With larger lobes than Torx drives, Torx Plus withstands even more torque without the driver slipping and stripping the drive.
Length is measured from under the head.
Black-Oxide Alloy Steel—Typically chosen for their appearance, these screws have a dark, matte coating to create a finished look. They offer minimal corrosion resistance, so they're best for dry environments.

These bits fit around the security pin to turn tamper-resistant Torx screws. Use them to unlock electronic enclosures and other access-controlled equipment. Their six lobes withstand high pressure without slipping and stripping the drive. Also known as pin-in-Torx bits.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Quick-Change Hex Shank—Lock these bits directly into power tools. They won't wobble as much as bits paired with an adapter, so they are the best choice for high-precision tasks.
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

Prevent unauthorized access while keeping out contaminants and locking in air and fluid. These screws have a rubber O-ring under the head that compresses to form a tight seal as you tighten them. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust or corrode when exposed to moisture and chemicals. Also known as pin-in-Torx, these screws have a security pin in the drive that you can only turn with a tamper-resistant Torx driver.
These screws are reusable as long as the rubber O-ring is intact and undamaged. Length is measured from the top of the head.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Buna-N O-Ring—These seals won't swell or soften when they touch oil, grease, or fuel. However, they will break down if exposed to synthetic lubricants.
Undercut Profile—About a third thinner than standard heads, the undercut profile fits into shallow holes in thin material. The thin head also has more threading on the shaft, so they're often used to keep short screws from coming loose.
L-Keys—Turn screws by hand for more control and less chance of overtightening compared to power tools.
Power Tool Bits—Pair these bits with your power tools to turn screws more quickly than manual tools.

    Plain-Grip Screwdriver Sets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Screwdrivers. Plain-Grip Screwdriver Sets.
Ideal for industrial maintenance, these no-frills screwdriver sets withstand years of heavy use in the shop and on the jobsite. The hard plastic handles won't crack or wear out from drops and scrapes. They're also easy to wipe down and won't get sticky or gummy when exposed to oils or chemicals, unlike soft handles.
Premium—The best screwdrivers available, with tips machined to tight tolerances for the tightest possible fit in fastener recesses. The snug fit means they'll turn screws quickly without slippage, which would wear on screw heads and the driver's tip.

    T-Handle Keys

Image of Product. Front orientation. T-Handle Keys. T-Handle Keys, Cushion Grip.

    Cushion Grip

Crank screws in large, heavy duty machinery, such as engines and CNC mills. A wide handle gives you maximum leverage, and a long shaft reaches into deep pockets. The shaft is permanently bonded to the handle for a secure hold that won't break under high torque. To prevent slipping, these T-handle keys are precision manufactured to tight tolerances for an exact fit. They're made of hardened steel or stainless steel to last a lifetime in your tool kit.
Phosphate-Coated Steel—The dark, matte coating resists rust in most wet and outdoor applications. However, it won't hold up to salt water and chemicals.
Cushion Grip—Avoid sore, blistered fingers when completing lengthy projects. These handles have a plastic coating that absorbs pressure for extra comfort.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Screwdrivers. Ball-Tip Screwdrivers.
Turn screws even when you can't access them head on. These screwdrivers are handy in corners and underneath machinery because their ball tip can engage fasteners at an angle. While they're great for most fastening jobs, the tip makes less contact with fastener recesses than standard, straight tips and may snap off under extremely high torque.
The handle on these drivers has a rubberized, cushioned grip over a hard plastic core for comfort and control.

Turn screws at an angle when you can’t access them head on. These L-keys have a ball tip on the long leg that engages the drive with less contact than a straight tip. Ball tips are handy for corners and tightly packed areas, such as control panels and junction boxes. However, they don’t grip as tightly as straight tips and may strip the drive of the fastener if you crank them too hard. These L-keys are precision manufactured to tight tolerances.
