Sealing Thread-Locking Stainless Steel Pan Head Phillips Screws

Keep parts from coming loose on machinery with mild vibration while keeping out contaminants and locking in air and fluid. These pan head screws have a rubber O-ring under the head that compresses to form a tight seal as you tighten them. With a nylon-patch threadlocker bonded to the threads, these screws save you the time and mess of adding it yourself. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust or corrode when exposed to moisture and chemicals. The Phillips drive aligns easily with drivers and withstands more torque than slotted drives, but drivers slip when you apply too much force.

18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Silicone Rubber O-Ring—Silicone rubber maintains its integrity when exposed to water and some chemicals, such as ammonium hydroxide. However, these seals degrade when exposed to oil, grease, and fuel.
Military Specification—These screws are manufactured and tested to meet strict U.S. military standards for material and construction.
