    Plastic Pan Head Phillips Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Rounded Head Screws. Plastic Pan Head Phillips Screws.
Our most common plastic pan head screws, these are often used to attach panels and covers to electronics and automated equipment. They're lightweight and nonconductive. Pan heads have a moderate height and width profile, offering a middle ground between narrower button heads and wider truss heads. The Phillips drive easily aligns with drivers and withstands more torque than slotted drives, but drivers slip when you apply too much force.
Length is measured from under the head.
High-Temperature High-Strength PEEK—Our strongest plastic screws. They also won't degrade from high heat, so they're good for joining components on circuit boards and other electrical applications. They aren't very impact resistant, however, and may crack or dent if subjected to hard bumps and vibrations.

Stainless Steel Torx Plus Flat Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flat Head Screws. Stainless Steel Torx Plus Flat Head Screws.
The most corrosion-resistant Torx Plus flat head screws we offer. Made of stainless steel, they won't rust or corrode when exposed to moisture and chemicals, but they're not as strong as alloy steel. With larger lobes than Torx drives, Torx Plus withstands even more torque without slipping and stripping the drive.
Length is measured from the top of the head.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these screws won't rust. However, they don't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Standard Profile—Standard-profile heads are the most common choice for flat head screws.

    Plastic Slotted Flat Head Screws

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flat Head Screws. Plastic Slotted Flat Head Screws.
These plastic screws are lightweight, nonconductive, and naturally resistant to rust. Use them to attach panels and covers to electronics and automated equipment. With only two contact points, the slotted drive is the most basic drive style. The slot can't withstand much torque, so it's best to hand-tighten them instead of using power tools.
Length is measured from the top of the head.
Nylon—The most common plastic flat head screws, these are good for general purpose fastening. They are slippery and abrasion resistant, so they thread in smoothly and stand up to daily wear and tear. Nylon will swell and weaken when exposed to moisture, so these screws are best for dry environments.
Clear Impact-Resistant Polycarbonate—Our most impact-resistant plastic flat head screws, these withstand bumps and vibration without cracking or breaking.
Standard Profile—Standard-profile heads are the most common choice for flat head screws.
