Extended-Tip Stainless Steel Cheese Head Slotted Screws

Guide screws into holes while keeping them straight and aligned when fastening in corrosive environments. Like a dowel pin, the tip on the shaft also fits into mating holes to keep parts aligned or hold them together, such as on shafts and other moving parts. With a narrow profile, the head sneaks past nearby flanges and raised surfaces without snagging. With only two contact points, the slotted drive can't withstand much torque, so it's best to hand-tighten them. Also known as full dog point screws.
