    Self-Fusing Electrical Tape

Image of Product. Front orientation. Electrical Tape. Self-Fusing Electrical Tape.
No need for adhesive—this tape fuses to itself for a permanent seal and stretches to fit virtually any form. Also known as cold-shrink tape.
Tapered Profile—Thickest in the middle and thinner at the edges. This shape ensures that when you apply partially overlapping layers, the thickness remains uniform for a smooth, even surface and consistent dielectric strength. The center guide eliminates guesswork to help you precisely align each wrap.
ASTM D495—Rated to protect against electrical arcs, which cause surface damage that can lead to short circuits or fires.

    Self-Fusing Rubber Sealing Tape

Image of Product. Front orientation. Repair and Duct Tape. Self-Fusing, Sealing.
Bonds to itself for a permanent, watertight seal. This tape has no adhesive, so it won't dry out and crack, which can cause standard tape to fail over time. The rubber backing molds to irregular surfaces and withstands demanding conditions, making this tape a good choice for patching and sealing anything from roofs to pipes.
Butyl Rubber—Creates an airtight, impermeable seal. It also stretches and conforms better than EPDM rubber tape.
EPDM Rubber—A good choice for outdoor applications, it withstands sunlight, ozone, and weathering.
Polyolefin/Rubber—Sticks to most surfaces, including vinyl, fiberglass, PVC, wood, tile, and even damp nonporous surfaces.
Silicone Rubber—Your best choice to repair pipe, this tape withstands harsh chemicals and the widest temperature range. However, it breaks down when exposed to oil, grease, or fuel.

Also known as mastic tape, this tape is thicker than other electrical tape to cushion, insulate, and seal out moisture and environmental contaminants in electrical connections.
No Facing—Conforms better than tape with a facing, so this tape can fully wrap around irregular shapes. Wrap it with vinyl tape for added electrical insulation and abrasion resistance.
EPM Rubber Facing—A thin layer of EPM rubber offers excellent electrical insulation without added bulk, even when wrapped multiple times. However, it’s less abrasion resistant than vinyl facing.
Vinyl Plastic Facing—A vinyl outer layer resists abrasion and environmental exposure, making this tape the best choice to seal your connection in a single step.

    High-Voltage Electrical Tape

Image of Product. Front orientation. Electrical Tape. High-Voltage Electrical Tape.
Use this rubber tape to splice cable in high-voltage applications.
Plastic Lined—Stays clean and dust-free until you need it. Peel away the plastic liner during application to keep dust and dirt sealed out.
132,000 V Rating—Engineered for long-distance power cables run overhead and underground, this tape withstands nearly double the voltage load of other high-voltage tapes.
