About Accident Prevention Signs

Lockout/Tagout Tags with Laminating Flap

Sign and date these tags, then seal the laminating flap over your text to protect it from smudging and wear. These tags are required to follow lockout procedures. They help you meet OSHA lockout/tagout rules for preventing unexpected machine startups during maintenance and repair work. The danger headers on these tags are typically used in extreme situations to indicate an imminently dangerous situation that, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. Write on them using a pencil, pen, or permanent marker. Attach them with an included cable tie.

Synthetic paper and vinyl plastic tags are thin, lightweight, and pliable, yet still resist tears. They hold up to the outdoors and exposure to water, oil, and chemicals. Plastic-laminated vinyl tags are three times thicker than synthetic paper and are almost indestructible.

Tags with a photo insert have a slot for an employee photo to identify the person on the job.
