Self-Tapping Adhesive Snap-In Standoffs

Tightly mount circuit boards without drilling. Stick these standoffs to flat surfaces using the adhesive backing. Then, a screw cuts threads into the standoff as you drive it in, creating a tight hold. These standoffs are made of plastic, so they're nonconductive and won't allow electrical currents to pass between circuit boards. Also known as snap-in supports.
Nylon 6/6—Lightweight and stand up to daily wear and tear. Nylon swells and weakens when exposed to moisture, so these standoffs are best for dry environments.

Drilling Screw-Style Hangers

Drill holes with the point on these hangers. Install with a special driver bit (sold separately).
Corrosion-Resistant-Coated Steel—Corrosion-resistant-coated hangers are 40 times as corrosion resistant as zinc-yellow-chromate-plated hangers, withstanding up to 1,000 hours of salt spray. They can drill into structural steel up to 1/4", such as steel beams. They’re not for use with sheet metal thinner than 12 ga.
Zinc-Yellow-Chromate-Plated Steel—Zinc-yellow-chromate-plated hangers are corrosion resistant in wet environments.
7/16" Wide Head—Some hangers with a 7/16" head width can drill through steel as thick as 12 ga.; others can drill through sheet metal and wood.
3/8" Wide Head—Zinc-yellow-chromate-plated hangers with a 3/8" head width can drill through steel sheet metal as thick as 16 ga.

Fabric Snaps with Drilling Screw Stud

When you need to fasten a fabric snap to a solid surface, drive these snap halves into place and pair with a standard female snap half or a female/male dual-sided snap (sold separately) to create a complete snap. The drilling screw stud drills its own hole and the snap has a Phillips drive for easy installation.
