Continuously monitor your air cylinder rod’s position and turn the cylinder on and off with a single component. These transmitters send positioning data to computers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). They're often integrated into automated systems for tasks such as timing when certain steps of your process should take place and verifying dimensions for quality control. Rated IP67, these transmitters withstand temporary submersion.
Press the buttons on the switch to toggle between voltage and current outputs. These transmitters have a plug that connects to cables with a socket (not included) so you can quickly connect and disconnect the switch.

Photoelectric Distance-Measuring Transmitters

Nano
M8 Plug
In a single device, continuously monitor the distance of items and turn equipment on and off based on their position. They're photoelectric sensors—a light beam detects subtle changes at high speeds, like dents in cans on a bottling line. These transmitters send readings with IO link to a programmable logic controller (PLC), a human-machine interface (HMI), or a computer. Stall circuits on or off after they sense an object using the time delay function. All are rated IP67 and IP69K for protection from dust, temporary submersion, and high-pressure washdowns.
Transmitters with a plug connect to cables with a socket (sold separately), so you can quickly connect and disconnect the transmitter.

Photoelectric Color-Measuring Transmitters

Monitor the color of products as they pass by on your line. These transmitters don’t just detect if color is in mint condition—they also turn equipment on or off, all with a single device. They’re often used for quality control in printing and packaging lines. For instance, if ink runs low and causes a color’s hue to fade, they can send a signal to pause production. The photoelectric sensor uses a highly accurate LED beam that combines red, green, and blue (RGB), which detects the slightest shifts in color at high speeds. It can even sense gradual color changes on glossy and mirrored surfaces. Rated IP67, these transmitters are protected against dust and temporary submersion.
Transmitters with IO Link translate and send readings to control systems, such as computers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). This also lets you send commands from your control system to these transmitters. Since they have a PNP/NPN signal output, they automatically produce the type of signal output needed based on the device they’re connected to.
Cables with a socket (sold separately) connect transmitters to your control system or directly to compatible machinery.
