Mount these flat inductive switches to a base or rail to remotely detect metallic objects in wet and dirty environments. Flush switches are also known as embeddable or shielded switches. They can be mounted so that the sensor face is level with the surface of any material, including metal. At close range, they are more accurate than projecting switches and can be mounted close together without causing interference. IP67 rated switches protect against dust and temporary submersion.
