Servomotor M23 Connectors
with
Mounting Holes
Use these connectors with servomotor, servocontrollers, and servodrives in automated equipment and assembly lines. Rated NEMA 4X, IP67, and IP69K, they resist corrosion and protect against high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. When mating connectors, the gender, housing thread location, and pole layout must be opposite. Poles are numbered on the face of the connector.
Power connectors deliver electricity to run a servomotor.
Signal connectors communicate between servocontrollers, servodrives, and servomotors.

Mini Connectors
Often used to send power and signal to automated systems, motors, and pumps, these mini connectors carry higher currents than M5, M8, and M12 connectors. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
Receptacles thread into panels and walls, so they work well in stationary or permanent installations. Receptacles with epoxy-coated zinc housing resist corrosion and weld-slag for use in harsh environments.
When mated, these connectors meet IP or NEMA ratings. IP67 rated connectors protect against dust and temporary submersion.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.

Harsh Environment Mini Connectors
Send higher current than M5, M8, and M12 connectors near tough industrial jobs, such as welding and metal machining. These mini connectors have a stainless steel housing or TPE cable that resists abrasion and cracking from exposure to water, chemicals, oil, coolant, or weld slag. They’re commonly used to send power and signal to automated systems, motors, and pumps. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors to keep out contaminants and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.
When mated, these connectors meet IP67 and NEMA 6P for protection against dust, submersion, washdowns, and weather.
Plugs and sockets have a flexible cable that is good for applications with continuous motion, such as robotics.
Receptacles thread into panels and walls, so they work well in stationary or permanent installations.
Caps protect connectors and maintain their IP and NEMA ratings when not in use.
Thread adapters connect plugs and sockets that both have internal threads.

Build-Your-Own Weatherproof DC Connectors
Configure a connector for your application—combine housings with pins and sleeves for different wire sizes. Also known as weather-pack connectors, they can withstand moisture, harsh engine fluids, and high temperatures. Use them in construction, off-road, and agricultural equipment.
An extraction tool (sold separately) is required to release the locking mechanism on pins and sleeves so that they can be removed from the housing.
A crimper (sold separately) is required for wire installation. The ratcheting crimper applies the correct pressure to every crimp.

Because these cords carry higher currents than micro and mini cords, they can power equipment such as motors, fans, pumps, and automated machine tools. They are shielded to block out interference from nearby equipment. These cords meet UL 2237 and UL 2238, so they can be used in motor branch circuits of industrial machinery. They also meet TC-ER crush and impact requirements for exposed runs in cable carriers. IP rated, they protect against dust, washdowns, and temporary submersion.
Connect these cords to control cabinets and equipment with M29 power receptacles (sold separately).

Automatic Leveling Probes for 3D Printers
Trace the ups and downs of your print surface. These probes automatically adjust your printer’s head to be level with the surface—even if the surface isn’t level. By touching and mapping points along your print surface, these probes make sure that your printer’s head will be close enough for your filament to properly adhere to previous layers, but far enough away so it doesn’t scrape against your printing surface.
Compared to alternatives such as manual leveling and noncontact sensors, these probes offer greater performance and flexibility. Manual leveling is slower and leaves more room for error, while these probes are faster and more precise. And while noncontact sensors can reflect off glass surfaces to give inaccurate readings, these probes work on all print surfaces—any material, heated or non-heated.
Probes are compatible with most FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) printers. During setup, you may need to update the firmware or adjust your mounting setup so probes are perpendicular with your printing surface.
