    2-Piece Floor Drains—Two-piece drains clamp together with the included fasteners.
    Unthreaded Caulk Installation—Unthreaded drains require caulk or a clamp to install. Drains that require caulk fit over the drainage pipe. Attach them with lead caulk (not included).
    Unthreaded Clamp Installation—Unthreaded drains require caulk or a clamp to install. Drains that require a clamp use a pipe coupling (not included) to install.
    Style C—Style C have an adjustable-height, threaded drain grate.
    Style D—Style D have a hinged grate that lifts open for easy cleaning.

    Style 2

    Designed to support heavy loads, these grates are used to cover drains in sidewalks and roadways. Since they only require support on the two long sides, you can install them end-to-end over a long stretch.
    Choose a grate with a DIN load class rating that's suitable for your application.
    Style 1—Style 1 grates have small openings, so narrow shoe heels won't poke through or get stuck.
    Class A—Class A grates are best for areas with foot traffic, bicycles, and carts.
    Class B—Class B grates are suitable for areas with light vehicle traffic, such as driveways and parking lots.
    Class C—Class C grates can handle heavy truck traffic in roads and commercial zones.
    Class E—Class E grates are designed to withstand impact from heavy vehicles with solid tires, such as forklifts and cargo planes.
