    Easy-Access Base-Mount Linear Shaft Supports

Made with two pieces, these shaft supports secure your shaft parallel to your mounting surface and make it easy to access the shaft without having to slide it out or uninstall the support. Use these supports when working with light to medium loads where shaft alignment is not critical. These supports are machined to have flat, square surfaces, so they can be used to align other supports and parts in your system. Tighten the included clamping screws to secure the shaft.

Tee supports have mounting flanges on the side. Mount these supports to a surface from either the top or bottom using the unthreaded holes.
Anodized 6061 Aluminum—Aluminum supports are lightweight and resist corrosion.

Stack male-threaded components and create a clean, flush connection between them. To securely tighten standoffs, grip the flat sides of the hex body with a wrench.
Corrosion-Resistant 18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these standoffs resist rusting. They're strong enough for most jobs, but won't withstand stress as well as steel.
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause these standoffs to rust.
Lightweight Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel, these standoffs are commonly used in applications with weight limitations. They resist rust as well as stainless steel, but they're not as strong.

    Threaded Rods

Image of Product. Front orientation. Threaded Rods. Threaded Rods.
Anchor, connect, or hang components in a wide variety of applications, from mounting I-beams to suspending light fixtures.
    Low-Strength Steel
With a tensile strength of 50,000 psi or 60,000 psi, these rods are often used to suspend light fixtures, cable trays, and conduit from ceilings. They're about half the strength of medium-strength steel rods. To avoid stripped threads during installation, make sure your nuts are also low-strength steel.
Zinc-Plated Steel—The most common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture.

    Stainless Steel
More corrosion resistant than steel rods and comparable in strength to low-strength steel.
18-8 Stainless Steel—The choice for wet and outdoor environments, these rods resist rust. However, they won't hold up to the harsh chemicals that 316 stainless steel can.
Highly Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel—Superior to 18-8 stainless steel, these rods won't degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.

Lightweight, nonconductive, and naturally rust-resistant. Screw these standoffs onto panels and equipment covers to separate, position and connect components. To securely tighten standoffs, grip the flat sides of the hex body with a wrench.
Nylon 6/6—Lightweight and stand up to daily wear and tear. Nylon swells and weakens when exposed to moisture, so these standoffs are best for dry environments.
