    Cross-Bracing Washers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Cross-Bracing Washers.
Connect cross-bracing rods or cables to structural beams. These washers have a curved top surface that lets rods pass through and be secured with a nut at different angles. The flat bottom surface sits flush against structural beams. Washers have a locking tab that keeps them in place when force is applied. They’re also known as hillside washers.

    Flanged Cross-Bracing Washers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Cross-Bracing Washers. Flanged Cross-Bracing Washers.
These washers have a flange to spread force across structural beams better than standard washers for cross-bracing rods and cables. Their top surface is curved to let rods pass through and be secured with a nut at different angles. The bottom surface is flat to sit flush with structural beams. These washers have a locking tab that keeps them in place when force is applied. They’re also known as hillside washers.
Galvanized Cast Iron—Galvanized cast iron washers resist corrosion better than primed washers.

    Notched Washers

Hammer nails into the notches to prevent these washers from rotating during installation. They have a large outer diameter to distribute pressure over a wide surface area and stop nuts and screws from digging into your material. Washers are versatile enough for a wide variety of wood construction applications, such as beams, joists, and trusses. Also known as No. 10 Western Timber and Victor washers.

    Beveled Washers

The thickest washers we offer, these are often used for heavy duty wood construction, such as docks and bridges. They have a beveled edge combined with a large outer diameter that increases the contact area between the washer and the mounting surface. As a result, these washers distribute pressure more effectively than general purpose ones to prevent the screw head from digging into wood and other soft materials. Also known as Ogee washers.

Corrosion-Resistant Galvanized Cast Iron—These washers combine the strength of iron with the rust resistance of stainless steel. They're an economical alternative to 18-8 stainless steel in wet and outdoor environments, but they won't hold up to salt water and chemicals.
