Like a stack of plastic cups, these pallets nestle inside each other when empty to save on storage space. Just keep in mind, you’ll need to pull them apart before you can access them with a forklift. Made of plastic, these pallets are exempt from ISPM 15 regulations and can be used for global shipping. They don’t have bottom support beams, so they require rack decking.
Vented Surface—Pallets with a vented surface are a good choice for refrigeration and washdown applications—the gaps allow cool air to flow through and water to drain out.
Solid Surface—Pallets with a solid surface work well for transporting irregularly shaped goods, since they distribute weight evenly. They give full surface support, preventing narrow or small items from slipping through the cracks.
Style D—Style D have a textured surface to keep your load from shifting.
Style F—Style F have a slight lip around the edge to prevent loads from slipping off.
40" Overall Width—40" × 48" pallets are the most common size in the United States.
    48" Overall Width—48" × 48" pallets are sized to hold four standard 55 gal. drums in a 2 × 2 grid.

Made from new, heat-treated wood, these pallets are stronger and more durable than what you’ll find at your local pallet yard. The edges are straight and the dimensions are consistent. Unlike pallets made from recycled wood, they’re free of cracks and other defects. They also last longer, although they’re not as durable as pallets made from plastic or metal. These pallets sit flush when stacked, so you can access entry points with your forks. All are stamped with ISPM 15 approval, so you can ship them anywhere in the world.
To store these pallets on a pallet rack, you’ll need a supporting deck surface.
Note: Capacity while moving assumes the pallet is supported by standard 42" forks. For pallets 72" and deeper, moving capacity is based on 72” forks.
42" Overall Width—42" × 42" pallets are sized to hold nine stacks of standard 5 gal. pails in a 3 × 3 grid.
    48" Overall Width—48" × 48" pallets are sized to hold four standard 55 gal. drums in a 2 × 2 grid.
EPAL 1 Pallet—EPAL 1 pallets, also known as Euro pallets, comply with the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). They’re built to European Pallet Association standards—right down to the type of nails used—and stamped with approval.
GMA Pallet—GMA pallets are the most common type of pallet in the United States. They’re made to specifications set by the Consumer Brands Association (CBA).

The flat tops of these pallets sit flush when stacked, so you can slide your forks into the sides. You can also stack them with a load on top, as long as the bottom pallet has a high enough stationary capacity to support the weight above. However, they take up more space than nestable pallets when they’re not in use. Made of plastic, these pallets are more durable than cardboard or wood pallets, but less durable than metal pallets. They are exempt from ISPM 15 regulations, so you can ship them anywhere in the world.
Vented Surface—Pallets with a vented surface are a good choice for refrigeration and washdown applications—the gaps allow cool air to flow through and water to drain out.

Style D—Style D have a slight lip around the edge to prevent loads from slipping off. They’re AIAG certified, which means they meet the size and capacity standards set by the Automotive Industry Action Group.
Style E—Style E have four indentations to help keep 55-gal. drums from sliding during transport.
40" Overall Width—40" × 48" pallets are the most common size in the United States.
    48" Overall Width—48" × 48" pallets are sized to hold four standard 55 gal. drums in a 2 × 2 grid.
Rack Decking Required—Pallets that require rack decking need a supporting deck surface when stored on a pallet rack.
Rack Decking Not Required—Pallets that don’t require rack decking have bottom support beams or reinforced construction and can be stored directly on pallet rack beams. They’re also known as rackable pallets.

Built to outlast all of our other pallets, these steel pallets are welded at every joint for strength and durability. The steel is galvanized, so they'll resist corroding, even outdoors. Since steel is not flammable, they won’t pose a fire hazard. Although very sturdy, they are heavier and take more effort to maneuver than pallets made of lighter materials.
Also known as rackable pallets, these don’t require decking underneath, so you can put them directly on the beams of your pallet rack. These pallets can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access. You can also ship them anywhere in the world, since they’re exempt from ISPM 15 regulations.
Vented Surface—Pallets with a vented surface are a good choice for refrigeration and washdown applications—the gaps allow cool air to flow through and water to drain out.
Solid Surface—Pallets with a solid surface distribute weight evenly. They give your goods full surface support, preventing narrow or small items from slipping through the cracks.
Style B—Style B offer a lightweight option for a solid surface, metal pallet. However, they don’t have a middle support beam, so they are prone to shifting while in use.
40" Overall Width—40" × 48" pallets are the most common size in the United States.
    48" Overall Width—48" × 48" pallets are sized to hold four standard 55 gal. drums in a 2 × 2 grid.

    Choose-a-Color Plastic Pallets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pallets. Choose-a-Color Plastic Pallets.
Create your own color-coding system with these vibrant pallets—red for perishable goods, green for rush deliveries, or orange for hazards. These pallets make it easy to know what’s inside a shipment without opening it up or reading a manifest. The vented surface improves air circulation, preventing hot spots in refrigerated storage. It also makes for easy draining when you wash these pallets down. Ship these pallets anywhere in the world—they’re exempt from ISPM 15 regulations.
These pallets don’t have a middle support beam, so they’ll need a supporting deck surface for storage on a pallet rack.

Shift loads off pallets and into containers from the safety of your forklift. A long cable extends from the top of these dumpers to your seat—pull it to release a latch and tip the front of the dumper. A hook at the end of each arm keeps the pallet from sliding off. Once you’ve dumped the load, lower your forks to the ground to straighten the pallet and latch the dumper back together.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

    Solid Surface

Lightweight yet sturdy, these aluminum pallets are only half the weight of steel alternatives. They’re welded together to create a durable platform that will outlast cardboard, wood, and plastic. Since aluminum is not flammable, you don't have to worry about these pallets posing a fire hazard. They also resist corrosion, so you can use them outside.
Also known as rackable pallets, they don’t require decking underneath, so you can put them directly on the beams of your pallet rack. Unlike nestable pallets, these pallets can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access. You can ship them anywhere in the world, since they’re exempt from ISPM 15 regulations.

Turn your pallet into a custom crate—no tools required. These collars stack on top of your pallet to create walls. Like building blocks, you can add more for additional height. Corner brackets secure the collars to each other and the pallet. When you're done, simply lift the collars off and fold flat for storage.
They’re compatible with pallets made of any material, so long as they have straight edges with no lip. Use them to ship goods anywhere in the world—all are heat-treated to ISPM 15 standards and stamped with approval.
Covers—Add a cover to fully enclose your pallet load. You’ll need to strap these covers to your pallet to keep them secure.

Load pallets onto these tables directly from a pallet truck—no ramps or forklifts needed. When fully lowered, they sit close to the ground, so it’s easy to move loads on and off the floor. Roll a pallet truck into the center and lower the pallet onto the table. An electric motor and a hydraulic pump perform repetitive lifting and positioning with the push of a button or foot pedal. All tables have a toe guard at the base to protect you from foot injuries when the table is lowered.

Stack items above the edge of these boxes without worrying about items falling out. These boxes have a lid (sold separately) that slides over the top of the box instead of flaps that fold down. You can pack these boxes up to 59” high. About the size of a standard pallet, they’re often used to consolidate smaller boxes and other material in one place for easy storage, shipping, or disposal.
Edge Crush Test (ECT) standards measure the amount of force a container can withstand before the edges collapse. They meet ECT 32 (32 lbs. per inch), which is comparable to 200 lb. maximum burst strength.

Prevent fragile cargo from jolting or rattling on the road. These pallets have a thick foam layer to soften the blow from every pothole and bump. They’re often used to ship electronic racks. Since they don’t nest, you can access the forklift and pallet jack entry points even when they’re stacked. Ship these pallets anywhere in the world—they’re heat-treated to ISPM 15 standards and stamped with approval.
These pallets don’t have bottom support beams, so they’ll need a supporting deck surface for storage on a pallet rack.

    Style B

Strong enough to hold at least 1,600 lbs., yet lightweight enough to pick up with one hand. These pallets shave weight and freight costs off your shipments. They’re made of five layers of corrugated cardboard to resist bending or sagging like typical cardboard. Plus, they’re easy to recycle when you’re done. However, they don't stand up to wear and tear as well as plastic, wood, and metal alternatives. They work well for transporting irregularly shaped goods because their solid top spreads out the weight evenly. Ship them anywhere in the world—all are exempt from ISPM 15 regulations.
To store these pallets on a pallet rack, you’ll need a supporting deck surface.
Style A—Style A pallets don’t have bottom decking, so they’re more lightweight than Style B pallets.
Style B—Style B pallets are reinforced with bottom decking to handle heavier loads than Style A pallets.

When a forklift isn’t an option, connect these lifters to your crane or hoist to move pallets. Tip them back onto their wheels to roll them wherever they’re needed. They don't have a counterweight, so you will need to move the adjustable lifting eye along the top to balance your load.
Warning: Roll lifters only when they are empty. Never use to lift people or items over people.
