Quick-Connect High-Vacuum Fittings for Stainless Steel Tubing
Twist these fittings onto high-vacuum tubing to quickly make sealed, high-vacuum connections without the need for clamping, welding, or tools. To connect, insert your tubing into the fitting and twist the collar on the end of the fitting; an O-ring on the inside of the fitting compresses to form the seal. Also known as quick-disconnects, they're as easy to twist off as they are to twist on. Not for use in pressure applications.
Connectors have quick-connect fittings on both sides. Use them to connect two lengths of tubing: stainless steel to stainless steel, glass to glass, or go from one material to the other.
Vacuum-Rated Large-Diameter Aluminum Tubing

- Temperature Range: Not Rated
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
- Compatible Fittings: Vacuum
Move bulk material, exhaust gas, or suck up dust in powerful vacuum systems—this tubing is large enough to transfer pellets and debris and strong enough to withstand nearly perfect vacuum. Made of aluminum, it’s lighter weight than steel tubing, so it’s best when you need to reduce the weight of your system. It also resists corrosion from frequent rinsing, humidity, and rain. Nonmagnetic, it won’t disrupt sensitive equipment. This tubing isn’t welded, which means it’s free of weak spots and ridges that could obstruct flow.
Vacuum-Rated Large-Diameter Steel Tubing

- Max. Temperature: Not Rated

Plastic Quick-Disconnect Tube Couplings for Air and Water

Lighter in weight than their metal counterparts, these quick-disconnect couplings are made of acetal plastic. They are moisture resistant, so they won’t absorb water and lose strength, even in high-humidity environments. A complete coupling consists of a plug and socket; choose a set for both, or select a plug and socket separately. Because they're quick disconnect, they're helpful for lines you frequently need to access.
Latch-lock sockets connect and disconnect with just one hand. Join sockets with a push and disconnect sockets by pressing the latch.
Plugs and sockets with shut-off have a valve to stop the flow when the coupling is separated, so air or water won’t spill from your line.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket with the same coupling size.
- Temperature Range: -40° to 180° F

Thick-Wall Plastic Pipe Fittings for Water

Connect these fittings to Schedule 80 pipe. With thicker, stronger walls than standard-wall fittings, they can handle heavy duty supply applications, such as water processing, wastewater treatment, and irrigation. Fittings are plastic for good corrosion resistance. They meet ASTM specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
Fittings for drinking water meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
Attach socket-connect ends to unthreaded pipe or another socket-connect fitting with a PVC primer and cement (also known as solvent weld).
To prevent leaks in threaded connections, apply a sealant to the male threads. For plastic threads, apply a non-hardening, plastic-compatible sealant sealant. Tape or sealants with PTFE are not recommended for plastic-to-plastic connections. Note: For fittings that are not rated for pressure, you can use the pressure rating of the plastic pipe as a reference. Threaded fittings are limited to 50% of the rated pressure of the pipe.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.

CPVC Pipe Fittings for Hot Water

Made of CPVC, these fittings can handle high temperatures. They have thick, strong walls to handle heavy duty industrial plumbing and water supply applications, such as water processing and waste water treatment. They also have good corrosion resistance. These fittings are comparable to Corzan. Some meet ASTM D1784 specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
Fittings for drinking water meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
Schedule 80 fittings have thick, strong walls for heavy duty, industrial applications.
Note: For fittings that are not rated for pressure, you can use the pressure rating of the plastic pipe as a reference. Threaded fittings are limited to 50% of the rated pressure of the pipe.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.
