Ejector Sleeves

Use these sleeves with mold pins to form holes, bosses, and other features in parts, and then push the parts out of the mold. Made from H13 tool steel, these sleeves are strong, hard, and resist wear. They've been surface hardened with a process called nitriding, which adds even more strength and wear resistance. They’re precision ground to tight tolerances. Machining is not recommended.

Protect your arms and chest when welding. Attach a bib (sold separately) to the snaps to protect your stomach.

When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these cape sleeves.

Cotton Fabric—Cotton is treated to protect against low radiant heat and minor sparks.

Leather—Leather protects against radiant heat, flames, and welding sparks. It’s flexible and resists cuts and abrasion better than cotton. There is a pocket on the right sleeve.

Chainmail Cut-Protection Arm Sleeves

Made of interlinked rings, these sleeves protect your arms from cut and puncture wounds. They’re often used for food processing, textile cutting, and sheet metal handling. All meet EN 1082-1, a European standard that measures how well chainmail guards resist penetration from knives. The rings are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion. Each ring is also welded fully shut, so there are no gaps that could trap contaminants.

Electrical-Protection Arm Sleeves

Pair these sleeves with electrical-protection gloves for full arm coverage when working near equipment running at 17,000V AC or higher. Rated to ASTM D1051 standards for handling live electrical equipment, these sleeves come tested and marked with the test date. You have one year from the test date to put sleeves into service before they must be retested. Once in use, sleeves should be tested every six months. All have a colored inner layer that shows through as the coating wears down, helping you spot cracks, pinholes, and other signs of damage.

ASTM defines voltage classes for rubber insulating sleeves. Make sure the sleeves and gloves you use are rated for the voltage class of your equipment.
