Conveyor guides direct and position material.
Rollers keep things moving where items tend to jam. They help maintain proper alignment and prevent items from moving off course. Attach them to threaded mounting rods or brackets with a 5/16”-18 bolt (mounting bolt sold separately for Style H). Style H rollers are made of FDA listed material for use in food and beverage conveying applications.

Flow Rails
Use rails to convey packages and pallets in flow racks and confined spaces. They are easier to maneuver and take up less area than a full conveyor.
Rails with a galvanized steel frame have a thick coating for more corrosion resistance than rails with a power-coated frame.
Note: Capacities are based on a fully supported rail.

Rollers with an adjustable shoulder, also known as eccentric rollers, let you move the roller up and down to align with the track. They're often used alongside rollers with a standard shoulder to correct misalignment.

Corrosion-Resistant Track Rollers and Guide Rails
Made of stainless steel, these track rollers and guide rails are more corrosion resistant than steel rollers and rails. Mount along a wall or other vertical surface.
Rollers with a standard shoulder, also known as concentric rollers, thread directly into a component or insert into mounting hole and fasten with a nut.
Rollers with an adjustable shoulder, also known as eccentric rollers, let you move the roller up and down to align with the track. They’re often used alongside rollers with a standard shoulder to correct misalignment.

Track Rollers and Guide Rails
Support loads while guiding and positioning work with these steel rollers and guide rails.
Rollers with a standard shoulder thread directly into a component or insert into mounting hole and fasten with a nut.
Rollers with an adjustable shoulder, also known as eccentric rollers, let you move the roller up and down to align with the track. They're often used alongside rollers with a standard shoulder to correct misalignment.
Anodized aluminum guide rails already have mounting holes drilled.
Power-coated steel guide rails do not have mounting holes—drill your own where you need them or add mounting brackets (sold separately). To install, weld the bracket to the back of the rail. Use end stops (sold separately) to prevent rollers from overtravel. They are not designed to support loads.
